Location should be a selling point for this hotel. Centrally located on the Rainbow street within a walking distance of Roman theater, Citadel and blue mosque. If you arrive with a rented vehicle they provide a parking space in front of the hotel. Breakfast is more on the European side style but nevertheless substantial and of high quality. Personnel is... I must disagree with those who write that the staff here are unfriendly. We stayed for two days and had a fantastic experience. Spacious rooms, good breakfast, and friendly staff. There was no noise to speak of--we slept very soundly on comfy beds. The location is perfect. In the middle of Amman's most modern street, yet a short walk down... More

Location is excellent, right next to the Rainbow Street, but still on the quiet side of it. Unfortunately there was a renovation on the opposite building, so we got some taste of that noise. Room was tidy and surprisingly spacious, with basic cooking facilities and utensils, plus some complimentary water/coffee/tea. Breakfast is kind of combination from middle-eastern and continental, e.g.... More

I wasn't expecting much based on TA reviews but it was useful for us to have 2 bed apartments so I booked. The price for 5 adults was good and the situation in Rainbow street great. Positives were good although charged wifi, reasonable toiletries and a contact with a good driver who we used to go to Jerash and the... More

We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel, so we had ample time to explore Amman. The location of the hotel is excellent, near rRainbow Street and also within easy reach of the old city. The room was very ample with a kitchenette and sitting area. You could say a mini-appartment. The management was very friendly and helped us with... More

We did quite a bit of research about where to stay in Amman, and Rainbow Street appeared to be a good location. The Heritage House looked to meet our requirements, even accepting the fact that the price was higher (presumably based on its’ location close to tourist attractions) than any other accommodation we used in Jordan. Our room was spacious... More

I have stayed there for two nights in mid March and here are my observations: Positive: Location: very convenient as this hotel is located just off Rainbow Street with easy access to bars/restaurants/shops. It will take about 15mins to walk to the Roman theatre, souk and downtown area. Room: good size, with walking wardrobe, big double bed and kitchen area... More

Value -- price reflects the fact you're in Amman's First Circle neighborhood, a few blocks away from the home where the king grew up. Having said that, the Kempinski and Le Royal are much more expensive and the slightly cheaper hotels in the city are sort of dumps. This is a middle-of-the-road hotel that is VERY western-friendly and you *can*... More

Great hotel/apartment in perfect location - nice neighborhood with many restaurants. The breakfast was fine, as long as you stick to local dishes (falaffel, hummus, etc). Would definitely stay here next time I'm in Amman.

I was happy with this hotel. It is nothing fancy but offers a relatively clean and comfortable place to rest a weary traveler. I say relatively clean because Amman is a dirty city full of trash, smoke, and diseased stray cats. As with all indoor facilities in Jordan, people smoke – they smoke during your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in... More
