Keep in mind I'm a volunteer out here with a pretty humble salary, so when I come into Amman with friends, I am stuck with budget options (not five star hotels...or even two star ones for that matter). So with that said, I am of the opinion that Mamaya is the best budget option for travelers and people needing a... More

Extremelly dirty : they do not change the bedsheets between the clients, so my bed was full of other people's hair, the bathroom was full of hair everywhere, the shower was cloged up with used cottons, there were droppings floating in the toilets with some brown unidentified materiel on the toilet... The hotel manager, Jalal is exceptionally welcoming and goes out of his way to help with anything he can - really lovely! The rooms are big and clean and it's very centrally located. We'd checked out some other accommodation recommended by the guide books and this well exceeded them. Definitely worth checking out!

Nice big, clean room with toilet. Very good location. Good price and better if you insist nicely. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. Comparing with the rest of hotels we stayed in Amman, we loved it!
