When it comes to the Golden Sands Hotel, the price is right but the quality is mediocre. On the plus side, the aging rooms are spacious and well-furnished. My room contained a small refrigerator and a television (although I couldn't get the TV to work), along with plenty of storage space. The heat/AC in the room worked well. The staff... More

I ditto the comments of the other traveler. I went in with a group tour so it wasn’t our choice. We have reflected this to the tour so hopefully this hotel won’t be used for future. Some rooms weren't clean, the first room I stayed in was missing part of the shower screen and there was no hot water. It does state that breakfast is included but there is hardly a breakfast to be eaten.... More

Tell them it is on Queen Rania Street, opposite Jordan University and behind the McDonalds. (The McDonalds part is key). My taxi driver even called the hotel for directions before we left the airport and we... More

I stayed at this tour as Part of a group tour to Jordan, the hotel was used as the Starting Point and Finishing point for the Tour. The Hotel is around 40 mins taxi ride from the airport. It is quiet and pleasant. Several coffee shops and cafes nearby. The rooms were Nice, shower was good and plenty of hot... More
