We were checked in at 3 pm and found that the room's door could not be locked. I informed the porter immediately and 5 minutes later I also informed the reception counter just before we left for the mall and dinner. We came back 8.30 pm and the door still had the same problem. I informed the reception 2 times... More

Terrible hotel, all the money is invested in the lobby. Rooms are poorly cleaned and smell. Double given when twin needed. Staff member stole jewellery from room and were not helpful at trying to retrieve stolen items. Do not stay at this hotel.

The 4 star rating for this hotel is totally incorrect. I would put it as a budget hotel. The hotel is very basic and drab. The rooms have a tiny window that makes you feel like you are in a prison. The rooms are not bad in size but depressing. The duvet on the bed looked like it had not... More

This is a three-star hotel at best, more likely a two-star one, but in no way a four-star hotel! (We stayed at other four-star hotels in Jordan and they lived up to our expectations easily) We stayed for three nights and were supposed to return for one more night after travelling around Jordan. However, we decided not to come back.... More

The hotel would be ok if the rooms would be clean. The room was very dirty. I will never stay here again. The stuff was friendly, but not very service-oriented. The invoice I received had mistakes (which is important for the accounting in our company). After requesting the proper receipt via email, I received no answer. Transfer to the airport... More

The location of this hotel is not much far from Amman city center. When we arrived there, bellboys is not polite to speaking with customers and they do not know how to manage the luggage properly. Moreover, they tried forced and shout us to follow them during we were discussing about plan for tomorrow. When we went inside the room,... More

This hotel was booked by our tour company, so I checked on TA & Booking.com and the reviews were variable - as is this review. Be warned the description on Booking.com is misleading - I'm not sure what the hotel is central to, but it isn't Amman. A cab to the centre took 30 mins, taxis are cheap which is... More

My husband and I stayed at Zamzam towers Amman for 8 nights (August 2011). It was an OK experience but mostly unpleasant. The hotel is rated 4 stars but we think the management needs to make plenty of improvements. To start with the positive things: First, the staff was very helpful (although not necessarily friendly). They responded to most of... More
