Clean and spacious for a solo traveller. No frills type of hostel. Central location. Plenty of restaurants downstairs. Friendly staff. There was a Filipina working there and she made me feel very safe and welcome. (Visited December 2012)

We have been in the hostel with kids and must say it is very clean, very nice and has a great location in the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine. And wifi is for free (available in the lobby). They also help you to organize day trips around Amman and further.

I stayed three nights at the Jordan Tower Hotel, and it was a pretty good experience. I did not have the best of luck with my taxi driver getting here but other than that Amman was good. I stayed in the male dorm three nights and the bed was clean and moderately comfortable. The blanket was sufficient as it got... More

I recently spent two nights in Amman at the Jordan Tower and had a fantastic stay there. The manager was extremely helpful with information, logistics, and anything else that was needed. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is opening to stay in Amman.

Spent four nights here. Stayed in mix dorm. Clean. Has heater and hot water (was winter). Spacious common area and very comfortable. Lots of guide books made available but to be frank, didn't need them as Jared the only reception staff was super helpful. Cooked breakfast. Decent wifi. Clean rooms. Small towel provided Functioning shared bathroom. Staff can help arrange... More

I stayed at Jordan Tower Hotel at the beginning of my Jordan trip, and it was a great way to start touring this beautiful country. The location can't be beat - nearly all of the attractions in downtown Amman are in walking distance, though keep in mind that it is located in a busy part of town. The hotel itself... More

Well located in the heart of downtown Amman. Room was tidy, clean and with a TV and hot shower. Manager seems to be overstrained, but I can feel with him (worked everyday from 6 a.m. till midnight). Perhaps the owner (were never in the hotel) should think about that. Good: Shared Trips they organized, breakfast included, common area, heater/aircon, roof... More

Centrally located, affordable, and knowledgeable staff. I did two of the day trips offered and found them to be a good, reasonably priced way of seeing Jordan and meeting other travelers. Breakfast was lovely, and pre-trip communication was great. The only suggestions for future guests I have are to bring shower shoes and extra layers in the winter as parts... More

Rooms here are pretty basic, a little chilly in winter, and the bathrooms are too cramped for comfort (at least on the 3rd and 4th floors; 2nd looked a bit better). Wifi does not appear to extend beyond the 2nd floor, and hot water is unpredictable. However I would still recommend this as a good base to explore Amman and... More

I was, overall, quite pleased with my stay in the Jordan Tower Hotel. Despite the word hotel in it's name, I would consider this more of a hostel environment, and by those standards, it was quite nice. I have never stayed in a hostel before (and not too many budget hotels, either) that included complimentary breakfast, everyday, from 7am to... More
