The room given was not clean and the desk workers where the most incompetent people ever (even when I spoke to them in Arabic). The rooms look... More

Everything is falling apart in this hotel. In our room the shower basin was broken and the cupboard door fell when we tried to open it. There were no blankets in the room. The service was horrible, we had to wait half an hour to get some plates at breakfast. The waiters were just avoiding us, did not speak English... More

The breakfast area was dripping, you have to ask the waiters more than once if you need anything ( 3 times for bread!!!). the noise was over the top from screaming kids in the corridor (had to complain to the front desk four... Very disappointed from the service that we have get in this hotel, I do book two rooms for one week, no hot water in booth rooms (all the duration of my stay, only one hour at 5 clock in the morning) and when we discuss that with the reception disk they came up with funny answer ‘this is the standard...
