Lost booking, no toilet paper, no towels, no cooker connection, no light in bedroom or kitchen, no kitchen utensils, pans plates, cups etc, no tea or coffee in room, no heating and it was COLD, one bed not clean, room not cleaned during stay, receptionist unhelpful, room boy rude. Breakfast just eggs, cheese and bread and jam, no coffee. NEVER... More

Previously, although the hotel was basic, at least we had gas to heat water for coffee, this time none. The reception staff, who had changed from the last time, kept promising to get a gas bottle and connect the cooker, but they failed to do so. I booked this hotel on Booking.com. The price was great! My husband lives in Jordan and speaks Arabic so there was no language barrier. Long story short..the man on the desk gave us the wrong room. He gave us a suite instead of a double room. First of all, the suite was very spacious. The room wasn't clean, just tidy.... More

stayed 20 days for 35Jd per night. The suite was ordinary, spacious.No WIFI. The bedroom was not good, the sheets were old and seemed not to be clean or maybe because they've been used for long time. we stayed in this hotel for a couple of times it was cheap so we decided to place a reservation for 4 days again because we had to visit aqaba and we booked before a week when we arrived the told us the room was flooded and under maintenance, after 5 minutes a guy comes asking for the same room... I stayed at the Shatha Petra for 10 nights. It was comfortable and clean. My room had a king sized bed, hot water, closets, and a flat screen with satellite tv w/ some English channels. The Shatha Petra Hotel is a nice and comfortable property. The staff is very friendly and helpful. it was a good experience and we highly recommended this hotel
