OMG when we arrived here after Sharm el sheik then Aqaba , we thought we came to hell. hotel felt it was styled in the 80's and still under room maintenance. we booked it via travel republic and once we got to the hotel we did not have our room reserved via travel republic. Ive made a complaint to travel... More

I paid for two nights stay at the dorm room at Sun Rise, because it’s cheap and a friend’s (bad) recommendation and thought that this place was near the JETT station. The bad rating reviews are absolutely true. I would not recommend staying here. There are many other places that are closer to the JETT station. Sun Rise is a... More

Dirty rooms, irregular and non existent meal timings, despite all meals being included. Grossly over charging of trips and tours, despite all tours being included. Constant pestering by hotel management, they are only too eager to change your dollars for their "made up" rate of the day. Believe nothing they tell you.

this is the worst place I've ever stayed!! it was very dirty and grimy, the bathroom was covered in mould, everything was broken, the TV, the toilet, the lock on the bathroom door, the "mattress" was just a very thin piece of foam so its like sleeping on a hard wooden board as you go straight through so I only... We stayed here 3 nights. rooms were clean and tidy with AC. 4 friends we paid 20 jd per night. The manager and his son Uday treated us well and we had no problems. They organise trips at a decent price. He organised a taxi for us to the airport for 20 jd. overall good stay would recommend if you... More

We stayed two nights in a nasty private, AC equipped bedroom with enclosed bath for a ridiculous $22 US a night. This was because the owner's son, Jabar, lied to us when we arrived and told us the whole hotel was full and there were no dorm rooms available. We didn't find out til late the second day (by reading... More

This is a excellent little budget hotel in amman, situated about ten mins walking from the town centre, citadel and amphitheatre. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so some of the rooms are better than others, we stayed here twice in two different rooms and the newer rooms are about a two star rating while the older ones are basic but... Inexpensive, basic rooms and nice breakfast. Location was once good, across from Abdalia Bus Station, except they moved most bus service to northern Amman, and it is quite a walk to downtown. It is not a pleasant walk as it is hilly, sidewalks are uneven, and you pass through auto body shops, car repair shops, and the like. I stayed... More
