Stayed in February 2014. Filthy, dusty rooms. Leaking, dirty bathrooms. Windows never been washed in their lifetime. Unprofessional staff. Although, ground personnel is trying to accommodate your needs, management is arrogant and rude. Avoid at any cost.

A taxi into the centre of amman costs about 3dinar depending on the traffic. The rooms are very large, they have a living room area with sofas and a tv, small "kitchen" area with... More

This is a large modern looking hotel fronting onto a busy main road on the outskirts of Amman. We were welcomed with a glass of orange squash in a large airy atrium whilst check-in took place. Our room fronted onto the main road and hence was very noisy – the doubling glazing is ineffective. The room(s) itself was very large,... More

The experience I had in this hotel was terrible from the first minute the group was there. Rooms are smelly and lacking basic hygiene and nice atmosphere. You can get hot water if you turn on the boiler yourself in the room, otherwise you get the cold shower. Food is served in a non appealing way and whatever is left... More
