The location do not suit for tourists - far away from the city center. The reception staff was helpful - and that is the only thing to appreciate. Was given a room in 6th floor - next to the 'Fire exit' and the entry to the room was much darker all the time. Power supply in the room was only... More

We spent few days for a workshop, it was an horrible experience, the food Is very bad, as well the service. The room service is not efficient, the bathrooms are dirty. The phone was not working properly, also the lighting system in the rooms wasn't so good, for example I couldn't turn off the lights totally.

We were put in this hotel by our tour operator, That was a mistake. It's location is not suited to tourists - quite a long way from the city centre with no local amenities. Our room was dirty - with stains on the carpet and a layer of dust over everything. Room key and safe did not work. The evening meal... More

I stayed in the hotel last weekend for 3 days. While I was on the process of checking in, a staying guest spoke to the reception complaining about the cleanness. It was not a good start, anyway. I went to my room, and I noticed that the carpet is so dirty and there was no tissues. Even there was no... More

Our room at Sadeen was big, clean with wifi. The bathroom was huge also. However, the service and staff was a bit sloppy. We arrived in our room to find that the towels weren't folded properly and there was no tea/coffee tray. We had to call for it and when it came the cutlery was not clean. When we arrived... More

There are not too many hotels in Amman which are clean, comfortable and at decent price. Sadeen hotel ticks all three boxes. The room was good size, tv, fridge, wifi and working AC. The bathroom was clean. The only thing I could really comment on is the strength of the wifi in my room, which was quite weak. I had... More

Checked on the 29th May and stayed for 02 nights.Nice decor, good service. Food quality has to improve to serve International Travellers. House keeping staff was very prompt and accommodating and as well as the Front Office staff. Food and Beverage staff and the variety of food needs improvement.
