The room price was relatively cheaper compared to other hotels, however it is located a taxi journey from anything. It's not a 4 star by western standards but the service provided by all the staff make up for the shortcomings. The food isn't brilliant, so I would recommend more than a bite at breakfast. Unfortunately the gym and pool/spa facilities... More

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night as you walk into the lobby everything looks great but once you head to your rooms you will be surprised I would never call his a four star. My bed sheets were old and dirty we asked for a double bed we had two twin beds joined together. The towels were not... More

I have just stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at both ends of a package trekking holiday. I read the other reviews before arriving and I think those reviews are a bit harsh, yeah it's a basic hotel and not 4* by Western major city standards, but it served it's purpose as a safe, comfortable one nights stay on... Stayed as part of a Jordan tour on 1st February x 3 nights and again end of the tour 11th Feb for x 2 nights a different room was allocated to us on each occasion. The only positive thing I can say obout the hotel room is that it is of generous size. Initial reactions when escorted to our rooms on... More

Arrived 9th Feb to find pool had been closed for 5 months, shop and beauty salon both closed down. Moods restaurant had no food, although flyers and poster in reception showed open and pictures of gastro dishes. We had a smoking room and when we complained were offered an unmade room sprayed with air freshener .So we stuck with our... More

Stayed here for 3 separate nights as part of a tour. Firstly it is very much in the middle of the suburbs on a main road. Not much to do around the hotel. Our first check in was very smooth but the second time was appalling. We were given rooms that had not been cleaned, luckily our tour company checked the... More

Stayed here as part of a Jordan tour. The tour was great but the Sadeen hotel was pretty shocking. Not overly clean rooms and dirty carpets. We had a suite, with a ridiculous book price, but it was dire. The service was generally poor, the restaurant service in Moods was slack. The waiter forgot our order and was much more... More

Very disappointed! Website says tea facilities, no no no. Rooms very dirty, staff unfriendly, breakfast very poor. We were in a tour and each and everyone of us complained, they couldn't do anything. Asked for a kettle, they had to go around looking for one. They did find one after an hour. We reached our hotel at 8 pm and... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night, in late December 2013. It was meant to be a four star hotel, but really, I think it should be more of a two or three star hotel. The value is great for money, the service is quite poor, but the food was the real downside! We arrived in Amman at about... More

We stayed in the Hotel Sadeen as a base for a group tour, booked by the tour company. The location is OK for getting out of town as it is on the northwest outskirts, but not good for getting into town. There isn't anything close by to walk to except a couple of fast food places, a Carrefour supermarket (no... More
