“This hotel is one night hotel”

The towels were horrible. Old, look very bad and very hard, and small to use after shower. No face towels and No hand towels in bathroom. Very bad shampoo/body wash. They have a dispenser in shower. “Great stay at the Ibis Amman”

Very nice check-in. Hotel staff are nice. English speaking check-in staff made this a great choice when we needed a little assistance. Mall is located across the street that contains shops and food court for easy, fast, inexpensive food. “dissatisfied Hotel Stay”

the "15 minutes service for any received claim , otherwise we are ready to reimburse the stay" . this was a bad statement and was not respected at all . I stayed until 3 AM awake , no sleep : - A/C very hot . room temperature 26c - No internet connection

“Comfortable and Clean”

We just needed a place to crash in Amman for a night. We got a pretty good deal on the room. The extra security at the entrance made it feel very safe. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was fine. It's across the street from a mall with some decent quick dining options. Overnight parking was only 1 JD.

“Good enough for a couple of nights!”

The hotel is good enough to spend a couple of nights. Overall is rather ok! However it is a pity that It is allow to smoke everywhere and it is not clean enough. Still the hotel has all the facilities you might possible need.

“Good location clean new 3 stars hotel”

This 3 stars hotel is new clean and quiet. Room size is average. The location is excellent few steps from Amman mall were a variety of restaurants and shops with good quality and prices, internet café and post office, etc... The only drawback is room service is not always available.

“Good location”

Hotel in front a mall and beside good restaurants. Ward is a big restaurants and also beside the famous habiba for oriental sweets Breakfast was good. Included variety of food oriental and international. Just need to have soap in the bathroom beside the shower gel. Extra pillows should be available in the room and also extra towels were needed.

No Heat in Room and Amman was cold at this time of the year , No bell boy service, Trolleys are available for you to take your luggage to and from your room.
