We're not fussy people as we've stayed in a hostel and camped out in the wild days priors to our stay at the Beity Rose. Giving one star, but would have given zero if option was given. Awful awful awful place. Their website embelishes and photos must have been taken years ago when door handles didn't falls off on your... More

The Beity Rose Suites was somewhat disappointing after reading some of the glowing reviews on this website. It's nothing special. While the suites are indeed spatial with separate sitting rooms and nice sized bathrooms, there are few other amenities. The place felt like it was designed for long-term stays for family members of patients at the neighboring hospitals. The staff... More

The hotel staff were warm, friendly ,and cared about the hotel. There were few tourists. Mostly business people from other Middle East countries. The location was in a leafy suburb. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The attached restaurant was excellent value. You can check-in, have an excellent meal, and be treated like family. Excellent on-site Manager and highly recommended

Although I had a confirmed booking for a two bedroom suite, we were told on arrival at 1:30 pm that our room was unavailable due to maintenance. I asked to speak to the Manager who told me they had given the room to someone who had wanted to extend their stay. Not very good liars!! They did nothing to find... More

The Beity Rose was a refreshing change from the large, branded hotels we'd stayed in during the rest of our trip. It had everything you needed in the rooms but the bonus was the personal service, and the great little cafe downstairs. If you're looking for an independant, relaxed place to use as a base whilst exploring Amman, this is... More

We arrive quite late but were greeting with a dilema in that our room did not have a working lock - the only solution was to use our door latch to shut it. This was a pain in that in the morning we had to take all our luggage to reception and leave the room unlocked. However the hotel worked... More

The true selling point of the Beity Rose is its staff - they are friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. We arrived late and hungry on our first day in Amman, and although the kitchen was shut, we were given complimentary food to keep us going. The hotel arranged a great driver for day trips around Amman, and were accommodating... More

Was in Jordan last week to visit the usual sites and after a lot of research decided to base ourselves in Amman throughout our stay. After seeing the positive reviews on tripadvisor and a great experience we had in a boutique hotel in Damascus, Syria, we decided to stay in Beity Rose. Our Beity Rose experience went downhill from the... More
