Bad location, quite dirty linen - yellowing, spacious room, complete with dirty garbage balcony, uncleaned repair even with a group on the way to Petra - there accidentally stumbled ... I would not if I repeated a second time in Jordan, food monotonous - two breakfasts and two dinners - nothing was different food. There is no possibility for an... More

Another TravelTalk visitor. In short: Old, away from the city center, hard to get anywhere easily. Maybe ok if you are business traveler and want somewhere close to the motorway. It's a 8-10 minute walk to the local Mall, and there main street beside the mall has various food places (mostly takeaway or fastfood style dine in). On the plus... More

Our TravelTalk tour booked our accommodation for here & it's easy to see why... It's fairly cheap & low budget. Our room was really spacious, but that didn't make up for the cigarette burns everywhere throughout the room. The breakfast was very disappointing & inconsistent. Sometimes there was cereal, other days there wasn't, it was the same with the juice.... More

The hotel is tired, not near anywhere of interest or use, 10 minute cab ride to downtown, 5-10 minute walk to closest shops, 30 minute cab ride to airport and near very busy roads so it's noisy. The curtains are permantly closed and difficult to open, I'm supposing to help block out the noise and heat. The rooms are cold.... More

Room is a gathering of historical furniture that can go straight to the museum.., it's old, outdated and not clean at all. there is a modern lock on the room door, but it's fixed so many times that you can simply push it open.... why has it been fixed so many times ???

The staff at reception were pleasant, welcoming and helpful enough but our first room allocation when we arrived late at night in teh capital of Jordan was a windowless room on the first floor that I would have just lived with if it hadn't been for the fact that our basin in the bathroom was blocked and the water flow... The hotel is in the suburbs, around 20 minutes taxi ride from the center. The only thing that looks great in this hotel is it's lobby. The rooms spacious but worn out, with smell, eager for renovation. Problems in the toilets. Food in the restaurants poor, both, for breakfast and dinner. Luckily we just spent two nights here only to... More

I stayed here first before Al Fanar. This hotel is better but not by a long shot. This is another hotel that wreaks of oldness. The room had stains on it walls and damages on its furnitures. There was a musty smell on the room. The flooring of the rooms are those kinds that are covered with fur like textured... More
