Room is a gathering of historical furniture that can go straight to the museum.., it's old, outdated and not clean at all. there is a modern lock on the room door, but it's fixed so many times that you can simply push it open.... why has it been fixed so many times ???

The staff at reception were pleasant, welcoming and helpful enough but our first room allocation when we arrived late at night in teh capital of Jordan was a windowless room on the first floor that I would have just lived with if it hadn't been for the fact that our basin in the bathroom was blocked and the water flow... The hotel is in the suburbs, around 20 minutes taxi ride from the center. The only thing that looks great in this hotel is it's lobby. The rooms spacious but worn out, with smell, eager for renovation. Problems in the toilets. Food in the restaurants poor, both, for breakfast and dinner. Luckily we just spent two nights here only to... More

I stayed here first before Al Fanar. This hotel is better but not by a long shot. This is another hotel that wreaks of oldness. The room had stains on it walls and damages on its furnitures. There was a musty smell on the room. The flooring of the rooms are those kinds that are covered with fur like textured... More

The front desk was very helpful & friendly. Lobby is cosy and just nice for small groups. However, this hotel attracts Pilgrimage Tours do take this into consideration when booking. The rooms were tired looking but very clean. We were given a family room it had a lounge area with 2 big sofa settees. Bathroom was very clean with adequate... More

If you can avoid this hotel, DO IT! It's the type of place where you don't want to walk barefoot in either the room or the bathroom. Bed linen crumpled and grey, drafts from windows ineffectively plugged with tissues... freezing cold, indeterminate stains on the furniture... UGH...

From the outside it looks a top hotel, but when we actually got into our room we saw what it really was. All show and little volume. The furniture was a little tired and loose, one lampshade was completely broken and several light switches did not work at all. All disappointing, but as we continue to say, we had a... More

Stayed here as the other hotel my tour group was in was overbooked. Very unhappy with this hotel. On busy street, nothing to walk by, rooms were the smallest yet! I swear my room hadn't been cleaned. They did have some dead sea shampoo which was cool. Breakfast was mediocre.

The first thing you noticed while in Jordan is the cigarette smoke everywhere! They love to smoke and drink coffee. We stayed at 3 different hotels in Jordan and the cigarette smoke was the same, with that said this arena hotel was just average in all categories. But if you are on a budget you get what you pay for.... More

We were travelling on a tour group which has booked us in here so we had no choice but to stay here. The first stay we were on the second floor, the rooms were a little dirty and we had no hot water in the evening (it was fine for mornings). The room was small, the beds were a bit... More
