The hotel is location one block away from the beach, so really well situated, and the rooms are just as in the picture, small but very clean and newly renovated. I highly recommend for your next stay in TLV! *Parking for a relatively low pay was available 50 meters away!

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting friends in Tel Aviv. The Hotel has recently (in the last year I believe) been renovated and the decor is lovely. The staff were very helpful and welcoming as is the owner who was very accommodating! Our room was small but this wasn't an issue and it was good... More

My husband & I stayed at the Ness Ziona back in late April/ early May. Our initial plan was to stay only 3 nights, but ended up staying 6! It's a beautifully remodeled boutique hotel & was very clean! It's in a great location...very close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. The staff were all very kind & helpful, but... More

We found this hotel through booking.com and it was reasonably priced compared to others in the area. The hotel has a nice décor and is very clean. LOCATION The location was perfect for getting around Tel Aviv- near the beaches, good restaurants, close to larger hotel for day trip pickups, near pharmacy and close to a super market. There is... this hotel really isnt special=BUT the location and the host/owner make all the difference. The rooms are small and there is no elevator-but ALL Tel Aviv is just outside your doorstep. And for a weekend break-thats what you really need afterall

This hotel doesn't deserve any star! It's absolutely unsafe. The rooms are extremely small and dark, the bathroom is nothing the shower is above the toilet and the hand basin is so small you can't use the water tap, the water come over the hand basin. All is wet. The wardrobe is old and rickety. The safety alarm goes on... More

Due to a problem with the apartment I booked (which was nothing like the photos or had the facilities it stated), I checked myself into the Ness Hotel. Clean, comfortable and the staff were brilliant. I would definitely go back there
