No elevator. Free parking is in a parking lot two blocks from hotel...must self park on top floor. Room ugly, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast underwhelming (by comparison with others in Israel). Good side: one block from beach. Inexpensive. Not as close to Jaffa as I thought. Took 45 minutes in hot sun to walk to Jaffa.

Stayed at this hotel two nights. Excellent point: the courtesy and efficiency of the staff, really very helpful. Good points: location, cleanness and the overall price/quality ratio. Not so good points: very small rooms, lack of an elevator, breakfast quality to be improved. As a whole, this was a good choice for my short stay in Tel Aviv

A friend of mine and I share a room while staying in Tel Aviv for a conference and some sight seeing. The Bell’s location is a prime choice, conveniently located between the more historic part of the city to the south (Old Jaffa) and the nicely done beaches in the old port district in the north (both a nice 30... I enjoyed very much staying at the hotel. Location is excellent, just one block from the beach, and in the area of good restaurants. The only drawbacks are that there is no elevator, but the building is renovated. In short you get a good value for the money.

The Bell Boutique is a quaint hotel located only a block from the beach. The manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming when my friend and I checked in late. The rooms are small, very small, so be sure you like the person you're staying with. However, they are clean and contemporary. The rain shower was the best part. Breakfast was... More

We stayed here for two nights and booked in expedia. Although our room was almost comically small, it was very clean, comfortable and had great AC. The hotel itself has the most fantastic roof deck with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean and Tel Aviv skyline. The daily breakfast was also nice. The location a block from the beach and steps... We stayed a few nights at the Bell and liked it it quite a lot. Kit is ideally located if you want to be close to the beach, beach walk, Carmel Market, or Old Yafo. Breakfast was absolutely fine, staff in general friendly and helpful. The hotel has been renovated recently and we liked our room a lot, good bed,... More

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. We arrived very late at night from Istanbul, the gentleman on reception was quick and polite. There was good variety for breakfast and even though we had it later it was plentiful and replenished. The rooms are not overly large for three people but beds were comfortable and good showers. We had a... More

We stayed at the Bell on March 22 and 23, 2014. We had a deluxe room with a jet tub. The room was very well decorated with excellent lighting and a balcony, There was a very good air conditioner which is very important in Tel Aviv. The room was clean but there is some room for improvement in the finery... More
