Friendly staffs and great location (close to the beach) and 20 minutes walk to Jaffa Old City. There are biscuits, coffee and tea 24/7. Room is fairly clean and quiet, Wifi speed is great. I also recommend the restaurant on the beach midway to the Jaffa Old city; it's called the Manta Ray. Try to make a reservation seating by... More

From the moment we arrived, Mickey, Emilie, and Leanne treated us so warmly and were so accommodating to our every need. The breakfasts are amazing and the location is perfect to access the entire city by foot. We had a room overlooking the sea and it was quiet and clean. We will certainly return to this hotel.

I loved my stay here. The room was quite small - but that was clearly disclosed at the time of booking. It was certainly adequate for one person. Very well appointed. The breakfast was fabulous. The location, just across the street from the beach, couldn't be better. Don't count on free parking there. However, there are several parking garages really... More

I'm sitting in the lobby of the De La Mer Hotel waiting on my taxi to the airport and thinking this might be a good time to write a review. I arrived here from Jerusalem via (shared taxi) to be warmly welcomed by Mike at the front desk. The hotel is well positioned only steps from the beach and waterfront.... More

I have already been guest of the Hotel de la Mer in the past. I always considered this hotel mediocre, surely not a “Boutique Hotel” as it is advertised, although they expose on the front door of the hotel the logo of Tripadvisor with 4 stars on 5 The hotel is old, the rooms are small and you hear all... You get what you pay for...well maybe not, in Israel everything is so expensive that its not strictly true. The hotel is a standard hotel in an okay location, booked because it was within budget, you would get a lot more in a European hotel for the same money. The reception staff with the exception of Mike were indifferent, unhelpful... More

This was my second visit to Tel Aviv--and to Hotel de la Mer--in 8 months. The rooms are small but adequate; the breakfast is the BEST, and consequently I've given Hotel de la Mer an excellent overall rating. Although the selection is not as varied as what you'd find in a large hotel, the choices are more than ample and... More

I had an amazing time at de la mer hotel. Great location, very friendly stuff(ask mike for restaurants). Good size rooms and pretty clean everywhere. The only disappointment is building site next door - no more sea views and very loud

We arrived in the middle of the night from the airport and had the most unfriendly welcome. The door was locked and the guy at the front desk was sleeping. For waking him up by knocking on the door very loud he stared us down and took about five minutes to get up and come get off from the door.... More

We arrived at night from the airport and followed the directions from Google Map, but had difficulty finding the hotel so that we drove past the hotel along HaYarkon three times. Anyway, it’s on a side street, Ness Tsiyona, intersecting HaYarkon. The hotel ought to have a big sign on the major road, HaYarkon, like the other hotels along the... More
