This is a great value for the price. As expected, the rooms are small, but comfortable. Twice my refrigerator has not worked. Once they switched it out, the other time they just said they knew it did not work. Not a big deal given the price I was paying for a room in a prime location. The hours for complementary... More

this is a beautifully designed and built hotel for the business traveler. it's walking distance to the beach and plenty of places to eat nearby. only drawback is the size of the rooms (too small), but that doesn't matter much to the business traveler anyway.

The rooms are small. If you can take that it´s a bargain. Fine standard, clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, excellent location (50 m to the beach, walking distance to Dizengoff, Museum of Art, HaCarmel market, craft market - Tuesday and Friday, worth visiting) decent breakfast (kosher), free WiFi, free security box, free afteroon coffee/tea/cake. Recommended.

The Maxim Hotel is a lovely, warm welcoming hotel. The staff are very pleasant and discreet. The hotel is located right opposite the beach with many local cafes and restaurants to choose from. Our room was clean and breakfast offered a wide choice of fruit, salads, cheeses and cereals. We really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to... More

Perfect for a short or longer stay. Ideal location, clean, comfortable, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, secure, tasty and varying daily breakfast. Reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area.

Stayed during Passover week, Room very comfortable on 2nd floor front, with great view of the beach. Convenient location, as I was recovering from knee surgery but managed to walk to Old Jaffa, and the Carmel market and Dizengoff street. Service was very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was superb, and considering the high season very reasonable. Unlike some hotels the... More

This past February I stayed at the Maxim Hotel for the first time and though I do not usually spend much time in Tel Aviv it will become my hotel of choice in that city from now on. It was clean, quiet and efficiently run. Though the room was quite small there was everything I needed at hand and the... More

Ditto to everyone else's positive reviews. The Maxim is a gem in Tel Aviv. We had a room on the top floor with a view of the beach. ONLY drawback is traffic noise--but a good pair of earplugs takes care of that. Facilities are excellent for a reasonably priced hotel in Tel Aviv. Nice touches like a reading room with... More

In common with other reviews of the Maxim Hotel in Tel Aviv, very well located ,good ,clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. A few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bus routes. Across road to beach and promenade. Approx.45 minutes walk along prom.to Yafo.Beware of taxi prices! but that applies to most of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem! Oh... More
