Average hotel with small but clean rooms and amasing location in 2 min from the beach. The hotel is reallya verage -you can not say smth bad about it as well as smth good :). Breakfast was too modest -last days omlette has finished at 08:30...no cookies at all. Positive thing -at the lobby you can drink free of charge... More

I have read other reviews of this hotel and I have no idea what the writers were expecting, but unlike them we had no cause for complaint. The rooms were comfortable as were the beds, slightly dimly lit but with an excellent wide screen TV with all the major channels. The bathrooms were excellent with a really good powerful shower.... When we arrived the older receptionist was on the phone and didn't even look at us to greet us, was rude throughout check in and continued in this manner throughout our stay until check out where he seemed to have cheered up! There were two younger receptionists who were lovely and helpful but there less frequently. The signage about check... More

I recently put a group into this hotel as their final night after they had spent 15 days in Israel. The group stayed mostly in the Israeli Youth Hostels and were very happy with those lodgings. Unfortunately, their final experience at the Olympia was pretty much a disaster. Here is a direct quote from one of the men who stayed... More

Stayed on 22 June 2015. Booked hotel for location - close to beach. However, hotel lobby is under major renovation (gutted), dusty, and dirty. Elevator was dirty and carpet ragged with dark drips of unknown substances on the walls. Room was so dark that reading would be impossible - had enough lights but wattage too low to be useful. Rain... More

The hotel is quite a distance from the bus station (approx 90 nis in taxi) and from the airport (approx 160 nis in taxi). Hotel itself is undergoing renovation and the front looked like/ was a building site when we were there, but the workmen were very accommodating and did stop at 4pm. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and... More

Receptionist - Poor on a good day and with rudeness coming as standard! Food - Breakfast was the same every day accompanied by flies and burned scrambled eggs. Had to ask for milk and cups daily and after day four the cold drinks machine broke down and only gave out water. Coffee machine took a bit of working out by... More

We stayed here for one night in March after an evening flight. The hotel itself is rather scruffy from the outside and the hotel interior rather dated. We paid for a city-view room but in fact were given a sea view room with a wooden floor, lovely designer bathroom and comfortable bed. We had trouble opening the room door but... More
