After waking up one morning to eat breakfast, my partner and I felt it wasn't worth getting up for. We could hear our neighbours doing- well, we heard their conversations to say the least. There was a massive miscommunication with the reception and our booking who accused me for adding a night to our booking even though i didn't give... More

Good located hotel, close to do downtown, 30min to AirPort (if low trafic), 3 min to beach (to jog, swim or surf), 10 min walk to Old Harbour (nice restaurants). Rooms are standard quality, clean, good eguiped. Little bid slow reception staff and ONLY 1 running elevator for 11 storey hotel (2 were out of order). So, why not, for... More

Booked a number of rooms here for a wedding party. Apart from the ongoing lift problem - they are upgrading them and often there is only one working - we al had a great stay. All our guests were in Premium rooms with the use of the business suite. The hotel overall is quite a basic 4 star. Fairly bland... More

The rooms were small but clean and tidy. The maid service was good. The TV had no sound for the BBC news, which was fixed but then went out again. The food was good in the mornings and evenings. Dinners for a charge of $33 were good as well but I would not recommend eating there more than once as... More

With excellent location (right next to the beach, the new port, shopping and everything we wanted) this is a best value hotel. I would also recommend the tourist information kiosk at the lobby which we used to find true local restuarants. More

This was the first hotel our tour group used on a recent holiday in Israel. It is close to the airport but otherwise has little to recommend it. Problems included faulty bathroom facilities, brilliant fluorescent light flooding into our room through thin curtains with no backing material and an extremely chaotic dining room for breakfast where all the hot food... After having organised an international conference with participants from over 35 countries, we want to thank you for the cooperation. Everything went very well and to our satisfaction. The hotel team was very helpful, professional and responsive for all our needs and requests. It was a real pleasure working with you. Best regards, Micha and Jonadav More

Having read some really not very good reviews on here I was not looking forward to a 2 week business stay at the Grand Beach Hotel. Fortunately I have been very pleasantly surprised. My room on the 6th floor was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were all helpful and polite especially the lifeguard who told us the best places... More

we have been staying at the Grand Beach for 2 weeks whilst we perform A Chorus Line at the Opera Center. Forty six performers and musicians collectively can be hard to please but the Grand Beach staff have been wonderful in their care and attention. I will single out Stav who could be at the Ritz and his other desk... More

We staid at the GB hotel 2 nights on Sukot holiday. the hotel was full but It did not felt crowded. Breakfest is reach. They add a new elevator, now there are three and they said the 4th is on its way. ask for rooms on higher floor. Location is great, close to Tel-Aviv port, beach and promenade. When the... More
