A basic hotel with friendly staff. Fantastic position just one block back from the Sea front. Good breakfasts but very busy so if you don't want to push and shove then get down early. Small inadequate dated single rooms do not make for a pleasant stay. TV was not working and automatic Kettle did not switch off. Bathroom so small including mini Bath/shower enter at your own risk.
