I would say that this hotel really damages the Sheraton Brand. Whilst, the customer service was good - the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. But , oh boy was the accommodation rough! The best thing about this hotel is it's fabulous location directly at the beach of Tel Aviv. The hotel though is a disgrace for the Starwood Group of hotels.
