This was my home while visiting in Tel Aviv and I was treated like a Queen - and that began at check in! The front desk agents welcomed me and were there for all requests. It was a grand location and easy to get to and from - more than adequate and with so much pleasure as expressed by the... More

Lovely hotel extremely well located to all services: supermarket, laundry, restaurants, beach, buses, Dizengoff, Nahalat Binyamin...could not ask for more. My room was adequate for one person for 2 nites; next time would take the studio for 30 bucks more. Desk was small, so if you want to work, not the best ergonomic situation, but you can go to a... Our stay in Tel Aviv was tempered by the wintery weather - brief spells of sunshine followed by cold (<10 deg.C) and heavy rain. That said, The City Hotel gave a genuinely warm welcome - esp. from Pino at Reception. Because of reviews of its sister hotel, the ArtPlus, having very small rooms, we booked a Studio room. This had... More

The City Hotel is a well located hotel of excellent international standards. Quiet and unassuming, this property is definitely a Tel Aviv treasure with a much deserved good reputation. Excellent staff who are friendly, knowledgable and willing to be of assistance to guests, a lovely restaurant with the best breakfast selection I had throughout my 4 week stay in Israel... More

Don't be put off by quite dilapidated exterior of the hotel or old- fashioned lobby/ lifts - rooms/ studios are fresh (imagine a mix of azure blue, green, white and grey), spacious and ergonomic, featuring lateral sea views (the hotel is 3 min. Walk from the sea). Hotel staff is super- friendly and helpful. A good choice if you want... More

The hotel is very well located - a block from the beach and very central from a North-South perspective. The hotel is clean, has a nice breakfast and the room are pretty modern (but no frills). The front desk staff - Norbert, Pini and others are the highlight of the hotel - they are all very helpful and nice. For... More

Nice clean rooms. Only motel on our trip to Israel where my wife and I (our honeymoon) got a double bed to sleep in. All over Israel and Paris slept in 2 singles, despite ordering double bed on each occasion. Thank you guys. Love the restaurant nearby called "Hello London". More

My family stayed at the City Hotel in Tel Aviv for three nights in December. We really enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent. It's a two minute walk to the beach and close to all of the major attractions. While the rooms were not too large, they were very modern and well decorated. The breakfast was wonderful! I... More

We stayed here in August. This is a small, modern, clean boutique hotel just a few blocks away from Gordon Beach, a big public beach. The rooms are very sleek and comfortable and most (if not all) have balconies. Internet was free too. The breakfast was probably the best we had during our 3 week stay in Israel. Just lots... More
