My husband, 11 year old daughter and I spent three nights at the Cinema Atlas in Tel Aviv. Though the room was small, it was clean and nicely decorated. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful, and the breakfast!!! The breakfast, included with the room, was the best on our trip. The hotel is well situated and just a short... More

The Cinema offers so many extras it's difficult to know where to start. The staff is completely friendly and has answers to every question. I hesitate to mention names for fear of leaving someone out, but Natalie, who checked us in, and the rest of the reception staff, were professional, helpful, nice. Maria, who staffed the happy hours, Denis in... More

Bauhaus fan? Then you will love staying here! The building is gorgeous, the rooms clean, bathrooms are fresh and beds comfortable! And it's location in very central. It's so easy to walk or bike to the beach (15min walk) and to the buzzing city life. Close to great restaurants and shopping. And if your feet are tired, jump on the... More

Stayed three nights at this property just before things heated up in Gaza. The hotel is well-located in the center of the city, a short 6-7 block walk from the sea. Special features are film-themed photos and old equipment, a nice complimentary happy hour on the sun deck, and one of the best breakfast buffets I've experienced. The rooms (we... More

I stayed for only one night at the Cinema hotel. It was a cute boutique hotel with a cinema theme. The desk staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. The buffet breakfast was very good. There is a market just outside the hotel on Fridays. It is a short 5-10 minute walk to the mall and the beach.... More

A top hotel with a very special theme in a great location, from where you can visit everything. Walking around the hotel and lobby, you can see all kinds of antique cameras, projectors & posters as well as a library with books about the movies. I especially liked very much the sun terrace. With the Bus 18 ( 6.95 Shekel)... More

Hotel: Beautiful building in a great location. They display old cameras and movie posters and you smell sweet popcorn inside. Rooms: The cinema theme is even kept in the individual rooms. However, we had a disturbing odor in our room that most probably came from the bedding. Twice, the towels had the same smell. The editor's chair had some sort... More

By funky I mean extremely interesting. Before it was renovated, it was one of the earliest Cinemas in Tel Aviv designed in the Bauhaus style of architecture. Walking around the hotel and lobby, you can see all kinds of antique cameras, projectors & posters as well as a library with books about the movies which we discovered on the last... More
