After many years of choosing to stay at the carlton (resisting other well known and previously preferred alternatives) it is refreshing to see that the management have listened to their guests and upgraded the rooms and the pool area. Stylish. Modern. Efficient and comfortable. Well done !

What an amazing hotel. Incredibly comfortable, luxurious and perfect. Staff is very nice, and the place is amazing. The breakfast has caviar.... Enough said. The bathrooms are nice and big. You get complimentary orange juice in the mornings. Internet is great

We love this hotel! the breakfast is the best in Israel, overlooking the Mediterranean and a lovely marina. We can't say enough about the staff, a manager named Adi was extremely helpful at every junction. We will stay here again when we return to Israel.

It is all about quality of service !! Reconditioned hotel , beautiful setting and excellent location - very limited parking options and a very poor service . They have 3-4 people on the Reception counter but still simple booking for taxi are not fulfilled etc etc. I booked the hotel for a delegation of 3 senior visitors - I SHALL... More

The hotel is located in a perfect location with a gorgeous view. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful, but what was really exceptional was the service. The woman who is the restaurant manager, Liraz, was fabulous. There was a little problem during one of the meals and she was extremely attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We were here twice with a group. Excellent experience both times. Breakfast outside on a deck by the Med with wide selection of food including to order omelets. Desk staff very helpful and accommodating. Only complaint, and this was true at almost every hotel, was that half enclosure to shower allowed the floor to get very wet. One other thing,... More

The location of this five-star hotel is brilliant. The extensive kosher breakfast is served on the beach (don't worry, you get to choose between sitting in- or outside). There is a nicely sized, yet not heated rooftop pool that offers a great view of the sunset (ask the hotel staff to permit you entry to the rooftop after 6pm, since... More

We went to celebrate out anniversary without the kids ;) I chose the hotel according to TripAdvisor's recommendations and got the lowest rate. We were told upon arrival that we were upgraded and got a room on the 12th floor, with great view and a luxurious atmosphere. The hotel is located in the center of the city, nearby Tel Aviv... More

I love Israel and Tel Aviv and would highly encourage folks to try other properties nearby with better amenities. This is one of the worst hotels I've been in given its 280/night price (both internationally and in Tel Aviv): -Requested king bed, was offered two twins or a smaller queen room -"City" view is of a disgusting abandoned building -Disgusting...
