Stayed here 3 nights. Arrived early, asked for early check-in (5am). Was told "no problem, but we charge for 1/2 night". That's over $100, but OK - you seriously want to sleep after plane, right? Got upgraded (Platinum) to room 1608, overlooking marina, highway and Herods hotel. Needless to say, marina was maybe 20% of the view :-) Another 20%... More

Stayed for 3 nights in an adequate, though not too large room. I agree with most of the positive reviews, but have marked the hotel down on a key important feature for a hot, Mediterranean country - namely Air Conditioning. The A/C in my room was either on or off, no choice of temperature. The cold position barely blew any... More

Large, busy hotel right on the beach. Most rooms have a lovely view. Nice dinner and breakfast buffets. Fabulous indoor pool and spa area.

the location is great, on the beach, direct access to the beach from the hotel, no need to cross the road. All rooms have view to the sea (side view and not direct view). amazing free newly designed SPA center with swimming pool (water at 26 deg all year long...) jacuzzi sauna (dry and wet), and view to the beach... We have taken large tour groups to Renassiance now on three occasions, and will be back for the fourth time next March. Alwasy good service, clean rooms, and very comfortable beds. Our folks also love the convenience of having the beach nearby. We have only one concern, and that is, last year, one of our ladies fell ,in a ver... More

Renaissance Hotel Tel Aviv: We were greeted immediately when we arrived at the hotel. The bellhop service was excellent, and removed the luggage from the taxi and took it all the way to our room. The hotel staff was very friendly, and when we told them our itinerary, they informed us that we had to leave at a certain time... More

Stayed in the Renaissance twice; once on the 7th floor and once at Club rate on the 11th floor. Rooms were pretty much the same. The main difference that I noticed with the Club room was the complimentary water and chocolate in the evening and access to the Executive lounge on the 16th floor. Housekeeping also provided turndown service in... More

Although we stayed here two different times during our 12 days in Israel, both rooms we experienced were about the same. Mattresses were the most comfy we experienced out of 5 hotels we stayed in. Construction was going on at 2 pm as we tried to sleep off some of the jet lag. That was annoying. The room itself was... More
