This hotel has refurbished its rooms since my last visit- well thats what the website says. Room rate is expensive. Executive rooms are basic with bathrooms in need of refresh. A few in my group all commented on the shower screens not being sealed and allowing puddles of water on the floor. The muzak in the lift area is annoying.... More

The hotel is not in the best area of Tel Aviv - an area which needs a massive facelift both in terms of dilapidations and facilities. The hotel itself employs staff of a very high calibre all of whom are knowledgeable, friendly and clearly want to help the guests. The bedrooms, lounge areas and restaurants are well appointed but are... More

Very pricey stay during Passover. Family stay with limited connecting rooms for parents/kids. Hotel was kosher. Excellent location on the boardwalk and direct access to the beach as well as to the Hayarkon street. Rooms were clean and bed exceptionally comfortable. Room were nice with lovely balcony and great view of the ocean from every room as well as Jaffa... More

This was my second stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean but very small. The food is kosher The staff are very polite The best reason to stay here is the location. Direct access to the best beaches in Tel Aviv! And centrally located to most of the other attractions.

My assessment astonishingly matches with a recent traveler who appears to be a staunch Marriott believer (vs Hilton) in terms of (a) hotel needs some serious renovation (b) the rooms are dingy and small - I was given a two single bed joined together to make it look like a Queen or a King Bed (and I am a Gold... This hotel is a mixed bag--with very good service, but with tired out rooms that certainly are not up to typical Marriott/Renaissance standards and need extensive renovating--both functionally and aesthetically. However, we've gotten the impression that this is about as good as hotels get in Tel Aviv proper (possibly with the exception of the Hilton, but that was not an... More

Recently stayed for a week in Tel Aviv. The staff was amazing with any request. Uvi was attentive to my family's needs. Ilan and the front desk staff provided great recommendations on where to dine or how to navigate the city. The Executive Lounge staff were also helpful on answering any questions. It made my family's trip even more enjoyable.

I stayed in a room at my wedding night for one night, the room view is amazing, the room is very large, the breakfast was so rich I could stay there for 2 hours just grabbing another taste, the hotel is quite and the lobby is designed in a modern and sophisticated style, service is also pretty good, overall, a... It is hard to beat this hotels location to all - beach, shopping, cultural and social hot spots. The views from high level balconies are fantastic! The rooms are "OK" - but typical of this level in Israel. If you can book for a "fair price", you will not be disappointed. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

It's a good hotel in a wonderful location - right on the beach. It has been updated since the last time I was here in 2014. The rooms are the same size, but new carpet, decor, etc. and they did a nice job with it. Plus the wifi is stable and fast, about 20 to 30 MB/s up and down.... More
