We arrived after Midnight to a very friendly welcome and a room upgrade! A wonderful start to our Israel holiday. The rooms were fine: clean, a good size, quiet. The only thing missing is a surface to open your suitcase on. A small detail. Breakfast is plentiful (an Israeli buffet breakfast has to be seen to be believed!), fresh and... More

I stayed for a week. Hotel looks clean, breakfast just normal, simply big chain hotel, not the best of Accor chain. What's really surprised us that we actually booked Savoya hotel, but on our arrival they simply informed about "mistake" or overbooking- how it actually was and moved us to Mercure, which has the same owners. Savoya is nice boutique hotel... More

Nice hotel close to the beach. We stayed there in July last year and returned for a week now. The penthouse rooms on the top floor are great with a nice balcony and seaview. Very friendly staff and a familiar feeling. Good breakfast and good location, close to the beach and a few minutes walk to Allenby street. A lot... More

Stayed 3 nights in a business trip. This hotel was ideal for my requirements. I needed somewhere I could get a good nights sleep in clean surroundings. I have stayed in different hotels in Israel previously and not been impressed by them, the Mercure is a long way ahead. It is not an opulent hotel, but that is not what... More

We stayed here 3 years ago after we moved from a terrible hotel nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and decided to book again. This time, I'm sure we were given a smaller room, which was a little disappointing but was still perfectly acceptable. Good facilities in the bedroom and bathroom, friendly, helpful staff and a good 'Israeli' style breakfast.... More

This is a lovely little hotel in the very heart of Tel Aviv. We stayed here for 4 nights during Easter. This meant that the hotel - like basically every other place in Israel - served breakfast adapted to Passover, ie not very nice to eat every day if you are used to bread or serial. (And there was of... More

Stayed here for 5 nights when wales played israel in football. Lovely hotel. Clean with a very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast although pasta was a strange option. Only 5 minute walk to the beach. Would stay here again.
