Would definitely recommend the Port Hotel - extremely friendly and helpful staff, very nicely furnished rooms (although not big) & very clean. Neighbourhood is very pleasant with many bars and restaurants, short walk down to the beach and marina area. Also the meeting point for Ben Haim tours (seems to be the biggest in Tel Aviv) is very close, which... More

Very kind, young staff Nice black and white design, decently decorated big bathroom generally very clean - good smell everywhere coffee machine breakfast buffet: not very big but there was all we needed breakfast schedule: we came rather late but that was not a problem at all, they extended the schedule for us Nice rooftop, but we could not really... I stayed in this hotel from 4th Jan to 11th Jan in this year. Over all it is a good hotel. The staff is nice, helpful and friendly. Their Wi-Fi connectivity is very good which was a great thing to me since purpose of my travel was business. It is located in a good area. Tel Aviv port is just... More

We stayed at the Port Hotel in January 2011. I booked 2 nights in a double room but when we arrived we discovered that the room was big just as the bed... Very very little and on the ground floor (room n.30) with no space for the luggage and a little bathroom. We were unlucky because we saw other rooms... More

Good location, though up north of Tel Aviv, close to the port. Very helpful staff, free wi-fi, pretty new hotel so all is in a nice design and in good condition. The room was cosy, perfect. Would definitely go back there.

The thing going for this hotel is cleanliness but the rooms are very small and breakfast choice is very limited. The hotel is connected to a derelict building in a run down part of tel aviv near the water front. For an overnight stay it was fine but for a longer stay I would not recommend it to anyone and... I loved the location, the fact that the hotel staff were all friendly and down to earth. I felt like I was staying at the home of a friend of a friend because they were so personable and helpful. The location was great! Whether it was1 2:00 am or1 2:00 pm, I could find snacks or food. People usually roaming... More

We would have never booked this hotel had we known that we wouldn't get our room until 5pm. We arrived in TLV at 6am in the morning, we were exhausted and had emailed before arrival to ask if early check-in was possible even at extra cost. Instead, Port hotel said it would be on best effort basis and we got... More

My friend and I stayed here in May 2010 for 2 nights at the end of 10 tiring days travelling. We had pre-booked a twin room, but on arrival found a double with a bed that couldn't be separated at all. When we pointed this out to the hotel they claimed we'd booked a double. They subsequently admitted they were... More

I travelled to Tel Aviv last weekend for business, and I stayed at the Port Hotel. The staff were really nice and accommodating. The rooms weren't very large but they were clean, and everyone made an effort to satisfy us. The location is great, next to several bars, clubs, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.
