The location is good, but unfortunately its disappointing. There was no hot water for two nights, dirty and the receptionist was rarely there for information. The worst thing was that the website advertises breakfast included and this is not true. Therefore value for money is not good.

Stay away, don't even think about staying in this place. Hot water not working, dirty towels, incorrect payment processed, lack of dialog with the owner, no parking, dirty rooms, noise, pingeons in the windows..., not good !

This is the perfect location for singles or a group of friends traveling, but despite its ad for family accommodations, it is not for families or anyone who is looking for a quiet, good nights sleep. It's walking distance to the beach and port in Tel Aviv including restaurants and bars. The room we had was decent sized for a... More

Read the other reviews. This is overpriced and filthy. The elevator is scary so we used the stairs (only once) because they are blocked by stacks of furniture.... aren't there fire codes (standards) in Israel? I had to clean the apartment myself with towels because the cleaning lady does not come during your stay (it seems). Anywhere else would be... More

I am a wholly deaf solo traveller and rented a ‘Fawlty Tower’ type apartment for 9 nights at the Dizengoff Beach Apartments in Tel Aviv Port. When I arrived on the first afternoon from Ben Gurion International Airport, Tel Aviv by taxi, I went to Dizengoff Beach Apartments – I met a stranded family group of guests with their baggage... This place is a lack of respect! I complained about no hot water, leaking water from the shower, doors not closing, windows stuck and no towel, and the lady in charge said she verified and all was in good order. I tried to then at least obtained a discount, but she even charged the full amount in my credit card... More

Great location next to the new port area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and walking distance to the beach and other hotels. The apartment itself was if poor standard but was spacious enough and had everything you needed (enough to cook yourself a simple meal).

They did not take our garbage away since Friday and this is Sunday. The room service is awful. She gave us a room with stains that probably had not been changed for weeks. We changed rooms and she did not clean the room. Left sheets and towels.

In a city with the type of hotel prices Tel Aviv suffers from, I was happy to find this place. I admit we were not expecting much, but we needed a place to stay overnight. and figured what hell.. so its a bit wiered tucked away at the side of the building and we had to get the key from... More
