This a good and very big hotel (largest hotel in the Middle East). The bedrooms are good, clean and spacious. I stayed at the Shalom for two weeks this July with that Maccabiah Games. The hotel was filled with athletes and coaches. It was ok. This Hotel was being very nicely upgraded when we stayed there for a week. The rooms are quite large and the TV was a new flatscreen model. The air conditioning worked well and there was plentiful hot water for showers and baths. The swimming pool is large and the surrounding area suitable for lounging in the sun.
