Room 614 was good size and pleasant, however furniture old fashioned. Bathroom was really tiny and the shower corner was poorly maintained - see photos. The room had no safety deposit box and the wifi worked very poorly. However, the hotel in general looks dog-eared and needs a serious overhaul The restaurants lacks any charm, adding a few plants, space... More

As we arrived to the hotel we got a room with a clogged sink. I complaind abaout it and asked for a different room. My request was answered without any apologizing. I asked for compensation, but the hotel management did not did not heed my request. The second room wasn't clean - there were hairs sticking to the walls of... More

Just got back from staying at this hotel for 3 nights from 24th March. I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and the hotel looks like it has not had a lick of paint since then. The toilet would not flush properly and the room smelt very bad.I had to keep the window ooen at night as the smell... More

We needed a hotel for one night in Jerusalem & wanted to find a room at a reasonable price. Usually, when we come to Jerusalem we want to be as close to the middle of the city as possible but hotel rooms in that area are horrendously expensive--and even more if you want a hotel with a parking lot. We... More

I think the Internet price should be included in the room price rather than waiting for customers to come down then charge them separately for Internet services. This will make it more convenient for people and also make people to enjoy staying there without even knowing that they have actually paid for the service in the first place. I'm just suggesting... More

Large spacious rooms, well equipped. I was only there overnight so I didnt ask the staff to fix faulty toilet seat. I have a feeling that it was isolated incident, as i had family in other rooms, who didnt complain. The Hotel is a bit dated, but well maintained. Breakfast was basic, but there was enough to choose from. Location... More

The hotel is old, and not well maintained, and need an urgent overall treatment The bath tools weren't working well, no pool, spa, Jacuzzi or such amenities, no espresso coffee in the breakfast It does not deserves 4 star it claims to have.

This hotel is set some way out of the town and is fine if you are on an organised tour, otherwise £30 return taxis. The hotel tries hard, but is rather down in the mouth. Our room, for example, in principle was good, but the safe did not work and the toilet would not flush properly. The TV was fine,... More

We stayed here two nights in poor damp weather. The hotel has nothing nearby except a MacDonalds, so we were, told but we didn't see that on the way in. The hotel is tired but clean, the last decorators did a poor job. Other tour customers complained of many niggling defect and our television didn't work even after a technician... More

We sadly only stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as part of a tour but it was brilliant. Nothing to compalin about at all. The buffet breakfast was huge and the buffet dinner was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is in a quiet area, quite a way from the city but there was a good train link.
