Its North of Tel Aviv and near Herzliya. Good location near beaches with a waterpark. Food is of good quality and plentiful. Nice grounds and decent service. 15 minutes (without traffic) from Tel-aviv.

Stayed there for 2 days, with a group through a traveler agency. It has a good location just over the sea (no direct access though), and a lot of green and grass which is the best thing for children. However, as a hotel, don't expect much. It's very simple and some rooms are in a building shared with a Bank... More

This kibbutz is nice, and simple, a good place to stay. The rooms are small but with enough space for two people and their luggage. The food was good. I like the big open space, nice for a walk. I would stay here again!

We were 4 couples that spent a weekend in the Shefayim hotel at September 2012. The hotel has a plenty of grass, a plenty of yard to play in, yard play. There's a water park that include in the room's price. we take HB service, the breakfast was good also the the Friday's dinner. The hotel price is an average.

Our stay in this kibbutz was awfull, the first room they give us for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children, my wife is pregnant) were dirty, bathroom were even dirty, and the air-clim was broken and the whole air fall beneath children s bed. The first night we were wake up by young people late in night. They accept... More

The water park is an attraction but you are much better staying elsewhere. Rooms are not clean and service is horrible. When we complained on the many problems the guy at the front desk said that he cant understand why people are still coming and he wouldnt stay here...

i wanted to come here as i had fond memories of the waterpark from my youth and thought that a couple of days there would be amazing for my kids. What had seemed heaven as a child now felt more like hell; it was jam packed! you could hardly move in the pool and there were long queues for the... More

I stayed three nights in the Kibbutz Hotel Shefayim in march 2008 fo a buisiness meeting. The kibbutz is nice, you can walk 15 min to reach the beach and spend you day strolling along the plamtree gardens. The food is reasonable- like youth hostel standard. The rooms are large, with TV and air con. The rooms are very clean,... More

Shefayim is a hotel kibbutz which is geared to families wanting to go to the adjacent water park and is very popular with Israelis. We checked out early and I would not recommend it for anyone. The room was filthy, carpets stained to the extent that you would not want to step on them with bare feet. The shower did... More
