The Prima Royale is starting to show its age. Upon checking in, our family was a little bit tentative, given some of the earlier negative reviews and the looks of the place. Those were for not as we had a nice four-day stay. The location is almost as good as it can get in Jerusalem. It is near the Yemin... more

My stay was for a single night while attending a friend's wedding at nearby Beth Shmuel (Conservative Union). Made the reservation through a second party website ont he basis of reccs from trip advisor and suggestion from the Dan Boutique who were full for that night. Location is quite convenient and particualrly for Yemin Moshe neighbourhood as well as Mamila... more

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night during an educational with my work. First impressions of the hotel were great as it was at night and it was all lit up, which was really nice to see the check in are looked lovely as well with alot of different coloured lights. When i checked into my room it was... more

I absolutely loved the Prima Royale in Jerusalem. The staff was so friendly, very helpful, they all spoke English and could understand everything I said. The breakfast was the most incredible free breakfast I have ever had, there was so much food-it was fresh and tasted great! The dining manager went out of his way to get me water and... more

I was a bit wary of staying there, given some of the negative earlier reviews. My concerns, I am happy to say, were completely unfounded - I had a great experience overall without a single annoyance or problem. The location is almost as good as it can get in Jerusalem - right next to the Montefiore Windmill and the Yemin... more

the good: outstanding residential location near town center, nice property, very decent rooms (ask for high floor with view), and some staff make an effort. heterogeneous clientele -- americans, israelis, australians... decent breakfast. nice toiches -- live music in lobby some evenings, and at breakfast. the bad: no gym AS ADVERTISED; make sure you take a copy your confirmation of... more

Unfortunately our stay here was not nearly as comfortable as our hotel in Tel Aviv. We were recommended by a friend to stay at the Prima Royale but only if we could get a good price ($160US) and thank goodness we did because we'd be terribly disappointed if we'd paid any more. Let's start with the GOOD: the location is... more

This is not the top standard you would expect from this type of hotel. Even though the staff are friendly, it doesnt make up for the poor breakfast and dirty rooms. Stay somewhere else... I will. more

We stayed here for a bit over two weeks while I attended a conference a few blocks away. We got a really good rate through the conference organizer ($90/day for a couple) and at that rate the Prima Royale was a bargain. If I had to pay full price I might think about looking elsewhere. Location is excellent, on a... more
