This is my third hotel in Israel on this trip and I really enjoyed it. The staff is nice and helpful but sometimes a little lost :) They compensate it with friendly behaviour and real care after their guests. Very nice food, especially Shabbat dinner. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean. every day theyr leave free cookies for quests,... more

This is an unpretentious business style hotel, with pretty small rooms, though fully functional ones. Clientele seemed to be US tour groups. The bed was comfy, pillows plentiful. The room was quiet, with double glazing to ensure external noise was minimised. What an eccentric TV! It didn't function according to the helpful instructions which have obviously been checked by no-one... more

The location of the hotel so good for us, we feel we live in Jerusalem, the service as the first time - we are so thankfully for all. The room is very commutable for our needs, the buffet has many choices Nice & quiet perfect for family. Thank you for the surprise cake that was unforgettable. more

10-15 minuts far from jaffa gate by walk in Jerusalem West. Good hotel with a good price/quality relationship. To consider if you travel to Jerusalem more

I am a stickler for spacious hotel rooms. This was not, but it was highly comfortable because of the attention to detail and excellent layout. Amazing value, marvelous Israeli serivce at its best, great breakfast buffet. more

The Prima Royale is a drab, very basic hotel in an excellent location (just of King David Street) for exploring the Old City and a beautiful new mall. The rooms are clean but very very small. I was traveling solo and the bathroom was way to small for me. I know the couples I was traveling with had a difficult... more

This hotel is a set of dichotomies. The rooms have been renovated, the furnishing is nice and modern, lovely fabrics. The bed left a lot to be desired and I had an aching back for the whole time I was there. The TV was great, with almost non-stop films in English, plus BBC world and other news channels. The bathroom... more

We stayed here with a large group in mid-June of 2009. The front desk staff was surly, the rooms were small, the internet was pricey, the "fitness center" was scary, the Shabbat buffet caused dysentery among us, and housekeeping was not on par with similar hotels we stayed in on this trip. The redeeming feature is the location--close to the... more
