I stayed at the Hashimi hotel. I had a wonderful time. It is located in the heart of the old city. The view from my room was stunning. The staff are very friendly especially Mr Saleh who is always willing to help. He sorted out ziyarat for us and also the taxi to the airport. Highly recommended . How can... More

Árabe family hotel, good breakfast every morning for extra 5 dollar. Room was good, nice view to the old city, nice to hear the call for prayer at night, inside the old city close to all tourist sights. Just be aware when walking around people try to sell you things and rip you off. The sorroundings are quite dodgy at... More

This hotel was extremely lovely as it was located in a really exotic area, and had extremely friendly staff. The hotel although was not something like the Hilton, the hotel is somewhat modest! The breakfast was served on the rooftop which overlooked great views of Jerusalem, the Dome of the Rock etc and it was lovely enjoying the morning sunshine... More

Stayed here 3 nights in double room with beautiful view of old city. Room was simple and difficult to heat up with the AC, but it was 2degrees outside, so not a problem in normal Jerusalem weather. Nice staff gave us extra blankets. Good for the price, but don't expect luxury.

Stay away from the tour guide who also works on the front desk, Saleh. Total rip off merchant. The shower are really small. Breakfast chef is very good. Walking distance to Al Aqsa complex. Recently refurbished

I stayed here for only one night, the room was just average, but the staff and location was great! It's walking distance to all the sites and near Damascus Gate. It is also very safe to walk around, I got lost around 10 pm at night and walked around the next morning around 6 am with not a lot of... More

I visited this hotel for 6 nights in December. Had a fantastic time there. 5* service. Best location to visit sacred sites in Jerusalem. The manager Mr Saleh is a fantastic guy. Always there to help. He arranged a tour for us which was superb. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. The owner Mr Abu Malik was also there to... More

It was a lovely hotel, right in the heart of the old city. Magnificent view from our room and terrace. Met the lovely owner and her beautiful children. She hosted the Eid breakfast buffet at the terrace on the morning of Eid. It was really special, met many many wonderful people at the hotel. Simple but wonderful breakfast everyday, with... More

We enjoyed the views from the old city, after a simple but good breakfast at Hashimi hotel. The room was cold, but the staff very friendly and warm-hearted.They spoke perfectly English and gave us good tips about exploring the city. We had a great taste of the Middle East but felt we were among Westernized Arabs. It was a great... More

A very average place but in a great location. Rooms are basic. Prices are higher than average but this is to be expected in Jerusalem. I wouldn't recommend this place apart from it's close proximity to all the old city sights that we came to visit plus the amazing views.
