Average hotel, clean, very crowded in August. Free parking was not easy to get at the hotel premises. On this trip I've stayed in the hotels of Prima, Leonardo and Dan, I would prefer these above Grand Court (GC). Main reason is the front desk of GC. For instance, I needed a van to the airport for 5 persons. The... More

Great hotel for your buck as always. The hotel is clean, rooms are decently sized, and appearance is good. Ac blows cold and wifi is strong and fast. Breakfast is very good, food is plentiful and tasty. Beware of their parking situation - they claim to have their parking lot full and won't provide accommodations for your car. They are... More

This was a great location for our tour of Jerusalem and nearby Holy Land sites. Our room was clean and adequate (no decaf coffee, however!) and staff were helpful and pleasant when needed. Food selection was pretty good and there was loads of salads and vegetables, mostly fresh. Tons of desserts in tiny helpings for portion control! Lots of families... More

This was my husbands and my hotel for 4 nights in Jerusalem during our holy land tour. This place is huge. Everything seemed nice when we first came into the lobby. Check in and out was fast and friendly. When we got to our room I could smell a urine smell and finally located it on my bedspread. I immediately... More

This hotel is fine for few days and not more.Indeed,it proposes classic rooms, tiny swimming pool,a correct staff and a very good breakfast. But,there are some flaws, some rooms have damaged materials and the air-conditioned is too noisy.Furthermore, the pool seems to be dirty sometimes. For one night, this hotel make the deal (good price).

Grand Court is perfectly situated close enough to the heart of Jerusalem, and even has a train station across the highway which drops you off along the entire city. The food was great, rooms comfortable, and swimming pool a little small, but really nice. Breakfast and Dinner were exceptional

We got there a bit early and they happily gave us a room. The room was clean, fresh and very comfortable. A half an hour went by and a knock on the door, They brought us complementary fruit basked, chocolate, bottle of water on a nice tray with 2 glasses. We ate the meals in there stunning dinning room. The... More

This was a bad experience from the moment we stepped out of our taxi at the front door. We are two senior citizens yet no one offered to assist us with our luggage either before or after checking in. The receptionist was very abrupt and non smiling. Our room was OK but the fridge was empty without even a bottle... More

The room are basic and clean, the AC unit was noisy. The main problem is that the hotel is situated on a highway. Thus, even with the double glazing windows the noise was loud. Breakfast buffet is OK. Keep in mind that on saturday morning the selection is limited. The pool, which looks nice in the hotel website, is in... More
