Stayed at this large and fairly well appointed hotel with the tour group I was with in January, 2012. Rooms were average in size and came with usual bland decor - functional, but not overly inviting. Shower doors are small (European-style) so be prepared to be careful or get water all over the floor in the bathroom. We ate breakfast... More

Grand Court Hotel is a huge hotel that caters mainly to tour groups. In addition, don't expect service with a smile, with a few exceptions, the people at the front desk wont go out of their way to help you. I had arranged with the hotel to have a car waiting to pick me up at Ben Gurion airport but... More

The room was nice, beds were firm. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices, but not real orange juice (-). The staff was friendly and helpful with walking directions and calling cabs. The big plus was the short walk to the Old City. No way did we want to drive and park there. We left the car in the free... More

Stayed about 6 nights in November 2011 as part of a large tour group. The overall customer service (which I found non-existent or barely adequate the previous year) seems to have improved quite a fair bit. From the front desk staff to the waiters and cooks, there is an improved attitude. I even noticed smiles this time. Even the gym... More

Had a pleasant three nights here in December. Room was comfortable, complementary Internet was available in the lobby (but not in the room...they said some rooms have it). The gym had very limited hours, so we never saw it. Breakfast was excellent with a wide array of foods available on the buffet. Staff were helpful and gave us useful travel... More

Stayed here with a tour group for 4 nights. Rooms were comparable to Hampton or Fairfield in the U.S. Front desk personnel, especially Ameer, were very helpful and responsive. Dining room is large and has a generous buffet. If you are on the Mediterranean diet, you will love it. If you are a fussy American eater like me, the choices... More

We only had one night in Jerusalem and this was an adequate place to stay. The place looks nice and the Buffet in the morning was well above average. The staff was below average if your looking for help or effort to find something specific. Our cab driver even motioned for the doorman to come help with the luggage and... More

This place is impersonal and disappointing. I booked it for the fitness centre, and found upon arrival the gym was only open 10am-1pm and 5pm-9pm. However, whenever I tried to go the room was locked with a sign in child-like handwriting reading “Back soon”. I waited 20 minutes and then another guest came and said he had been there over... More

Good hotel, food quality and choice excellent, drinks not too high, rooms are fine and bathrooms nice size and well equipped. Hotel occasionally can be crowded and very busy in the morning at the time pilgrimage groups are in action. Hotel staff is helpful, wireless options are kind a steep. How long it will stay in for the moment good... More

Location is very good. Enables you to stroll around the area. Hotel gives a very nice view of the Jerusalem Walls Food is good, rooms are clean and spacious. Restaurant attendant were kind a rude. We were having a dinner at 8:00 Pm as we return to the hotel late. They were already partially closing the lights despite seeing guests... More
