Eyal Hotel is a lovely clean hotel very conveniently located near Zion Square and Ben Yehuda Street but what really distinguishes this hotel is its excellent and responsive customer service. When I e-mailed for help getting a Beitar Jerusalem ticket, Dorit put me in touch with the Beitar supporters organization's head. When I asked for help getting to the Armored... More

Our stay was great. The location was ideal. Walking distance to the central bus station or to the old city - the wailing wall, the markets, and to all the biblical and historical sights. A tram goes up and down Jaffa Street. We walked to the Mount of Olives at a leisurely pace from the hotel and it took us... More

We've just stayed 5 days at the Eyal Hotel. The price is reasonable and position is good just near Jafo St and the Old City. It's a 10 minute easy walk to Jaffa Gate and plenty of shops in the area and restaurants. Room is a little small but adequate and the super trendy design makes up for the size.... More

This was my first time in Jerusalem and I came for a friends wedding. I couldn't be happier with the Eyal Hotel. It was a chic, sleek and modern boutique hotel. The location is unbeatable, you are literally in the middle of everything that is happening in Jerusalem. Once you walk outside the hotel there are bars, restaurants and nightlife... More

An ultra modern hotel with comfortable compact rooms. The location could not be better, lots of places to eat within a few minutes,10 minute walk to the old town,a two minute walk to the tram. The staff were outstanding and so helpful...They even checked us in on line and printed our boarding pass, nothing was too much trouble..They also arranged a shuttle to... More

And beside the location, the staff was wonderful. Dorit was so friendly and helpful that we felt we knew her for a very long time. Although the room was small we never felt cramped. The design is superb. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is very clean. We were able to open the glass doors for fresh air, something larger... More

The reviews I have read of this hotel are misleading! This hotel is very basic. It is perhaps fine for a few nights in Jerusalem - but do not expect much more than a basic, clean and semi-modern but very very small hotel room. The breakfast is very average, especially considering the breakfasts offered by other (cheaper) hotels in Tel... More

I stayed here with a big group of friends for a few nights and the staff were very nice and the rooms were very clean. The only down side is that the beds are a bit small. I'm used to the King Sized bed at home and the double bed they had were too short for me. Aside from that,... More

Everything we needed. Great location to explore the city. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Magnifying mirror in bathroom, yeah! Plenty of charging stations for electronics. Grateful for free wi-fi. Comfy beds. Only negative might be noise, didn't bother us though noisy on NY Eve. Love watching the activity from our balcony.

The staff was nice, the rooms are nice, the decor is nice. It smells good when you walk in, the breakfast is delicious, the location is great! There's even a dry cleaner/laundry across the street, which we used. Ben Yahudah Street is around the block. I would stay here again and recommend the Eyal Hotel to my friends.
