The staff was terrific. They directed us to a nearby medical facility when my wife injured her wrist. They were also very helpful in directing us around the city and making other arrangements. The room was large for the price and very pleasant.

We spent two nights there - our goal was Jerusalem Festival of Light, and we looked for something colourful, reasonably priced and close to Old City. Little House is located on quiet side street in bohemian upscale German Colony neighbourhood. First of all, location is great - 15-20 minutes to Jaffa Gate, five minutes to First Station compound, quarter hour... More

We've stayed here a couple of times for a week or two. The rooms are basic but clean and quiet. The bathrooms, tiny and tired. The atmosphere is pleasant. It's great to be in German Colony, and for that the price is very reasonable. It's a homey guest house. One odd thing: The billing and pricing system is nearly inscrutable,... More

We chose this small Hotel because of its location in the German Colony and its reasonable rates. Obviously I did not expect a 5 star hotel, but i and my wife were very happy during our stay. The rooms were clean and quiet, the beds VERY comfortable, and as it was quite hot during our stay last week, the bar... More

We choose this hotel as it is in an area where free parking is available.. Also their prices are below what you pay in Jerusalem. There was a smell which wasn't very pleasant and the heavy use of deodorizer did not help. Room was very small and bathroom barely big enough. Breakfast was better than we expected, based on other... Not a great experience...rooms pretty basic as is breakfast.....however there is not much choice in this area unless you want to pay an arm and a leg. We needed to be in the German Colony for a few days and it served its purpose. If it was not for the location and lack of reasonable alternatives I would not recommend... More

Positive: Charming neighborhood, great café and movie house next door, good public transportation, excellent desk staff - intelligent, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and efficient, homey atmosphere, and relatively low rates. Negative: Small rooms and bathrooms, minimal comforts, no heavy curtains for windows so you wake up very early.

We are veteran travelers to Israel, Jerusalem and this neighborhood in particular. It is in a great location if you like the German Colony and want to be in close proximity to Emek Refaim, the new Tachana and other major central city attractions. We needed one night before our apartment was ready and this worked out fine. We were there... More

The location is very quiet, and if you want to travel you will need a car or walk a lot. The room was super small and very basic, but super clean. Breakfast was O.K. The pricing is quite high, and I have stayd in Israel in better places that cost half. Will not visit them again.

The staff in this budget hotel are great, friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is not bad, but could be better. The beds are comfortable, and if you have a corner room, it's not too claustrophobic. The hotel is clean and neat. The bathroom is small. Breakfast is OK, but the breakfast room is not very nice.
