Nirvana, the Front Desk Manager, was the highlight of my stay at National Hotel. It was my first time in Jerusalem and she made my holidays. Nothing was never too much for her. She showed genuine care and concern before I joined up to after I check out. This was highly appreciated. The location of the hotel is 7 mins... More

I normally do not write reviews on hotels but this one deserves one. First, this hotel is centrally located in Old Jerusalem. There are a lot of little shopping boutiques around. The hotel is very clean. There seems to be someone picking up something all the time. The rooms were very clean also. The food is excellent. Second, which to... More

We had a great time at this hotel. The room was beautiful, with plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom also was nice. We wanted to stay in east Jerusalem. This hotel is just a couple of blocks into east Jerusalem, but it truly is a different world. The divisions of Jerusalem are not like anything I’ve... More

Given the hotels in the area, if you want to stay near Jaffe Gate or Herod's Gate this si the place to stay. Hotel staff is great. Breakfast is fantastic and the service is great. Newly renovated, the rooms are clean and secure. I think this is the best place to stay in the area and the price makes it... More

We chose to stay at this hotel after reading the reviews of the staff as they are mostly responsible for a guest's quality experience. Nirvana at the front desk and her team are for sure the best customer service providers i have ever experienced. The rooms are clean and spacious and the food is good. The hotel is close to... More

All the staff were very nice and helpful from the moment we stepped inside. The food was lovely and lots of it. We had a buffet dinner and breakfast..lots of food. The room was was great, even though we didn't have a balcony. It didn't matter. Also within walking distance of Herod's Gate and Jaffa Gate (into the Old City).... More

There is good news and bad news about the national hotel. The good news is that this hotel is fabulous in every way. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed, appreciated and loved! The room I had was really very nice. It was modern, clean, bright and comfortable, the restaurant has delicious food at a... More

I just returned from Jerusalem and stayed here for 5 nights. I've stayed in thousand dollar a nights hotels and the service here beats them all. Every one of the staff were tremendous and it seemed that their only purpose was to make your stay perfect. Great breakfast. If you are looking for a hotel with huge lobby to hang... More

First, the good. The National hotel is only a few blocks from Jerusalem's old city, has good-sized rooms, and an exceptionally pleasant staff. (Really, it's the staff that makes it - they are very friendly, very knowledgable, and very helpful.) Breakfast was good (though repetetive). The free off-road parking was definitely good to have. The bad. The hotel itself was... More
