Be glad I'm writing this review and not my car. Stayed over with some friends. The hotel is centrally located but unfortunately, if you arrive by car there's hardly even a place to stop to drop off the bags, not to mention parking. None of that. At check in they said they work with a specific parking lot but it... More

What a wonderful and quaint hotel in jerusalem. On Hillel street, with coffee shops and shopping with a one minute walk. Two blocks from Ben Yehuda Street, one of the nicest pedestrian malls in the world---great shopping and dining. The staff is great---special thanks to Zev and David for making our stay so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great area. Rooms are funky and stylish. Overall the rooms were clean, however, a few things were missed. The mirrors had finger marks all over them. There had been coffee spilled down a wall that had not been cleaned. The side of the sink had grime on it. The service from reception Wa great and... More

Hillel 11 is a great place to stay. The staff is super friendly, die appartment is beautiful and clean. Hillel 11 is perfectly located in the new center of Jerusalem and only a short walk (20min) to the old city center.

The hotel is located very centrally; it is clean, nice and silent. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. One tip: the hotel does not provide breakfast; therefore it might be a good idea to have your own kitchen cutleries, in case you might want to eat breakfast in the room.

The room was clean and the location was great. Very close to restaurants and Old City. The walls were thin but the hotel was quiet in the evenings so it didn't bother us. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Extremely kind and helpful staff, always ready for a chat. Excellent location in shopping area and within walking distance from old town. Showing more of daily life in Jerusalem than many other hotels. Single rooms (economy standard) are very small with window high up in the wall, basically no view to the outside world.

I am so thrilled to have found this modern, perfectly-located apartment-hotel for our stay in Jerusalem. My husband and I stayed in nine different hotels on our whirlwind trip through Israel, and this one was the best, even in spite of it being an "apartment" residence and not a full-service hotel. We had booked a studio, but were pleasantly surprised... More

Coming from Haifa my new husband and I decided to come to Jerusalem for our honey moon. We wanted a hotel that was located in the center but didn't know that it was more than apartments and not a hotel. There was no lobby to sit down and relax. the rooms were so so, and breakfats - what breakfast???? The... More

OK, room was not that big and view rather dirty, but otherwise this was good choice for two nights in Jerusalem. We arrived on Friday at 1630, so just for sabbath. Streets were quiet and adviced parking house on Rabbi Akava was closed, too. Luckily there was open parking on Shamai, just around the corner. We were lucky to have... More
