You absolutely cannot beat the Montefiore's location and price. It's smack in the middle of the city with everything within walking distance, except government buildings.Located on a pedestrian street, there's barely any street noise. The rooms are nice enough, and it is in a very excellent location, 2 blocks from Ben Yehuda St. Perhaps I was just there on the wrong days.
