The good: The restaurant is the best part of the hotel. The buffet dinner is excellent, maybe even outstanding. The buffet breakfast is good: scrambled eggs, a great selection of salads, deserts, fruit and cheese. The main minus is the absence of fruit juices for breakfast and an inadequate situation with hot drinks: just a single small coffee making machine... More

Friendly people, though lack of staff training is obvious. Rooms are fine but nothing more than what you would expect in a motel. There is a spa which looks great i must say, despite I haven't used it: pool and saunas. The food is basic but ok. Not a luxury hotel for sure but very cosy. I see it as... More

I stayed here for three nights combining business and sightseeing. The balcony on my 10th floor room overlooked the hotel next door (but being on the 10th floor it didn't obstruct the view). Rooms were large, well appointed and clean, The restaurant in the basement served an excellent breakfast and a buffet style dinner (which cost NIS 100 / £16)... More

Not good for couples, too many groups of teenagers. Nice pool but very noisy. Spa is very old, with dry and steam saunas. Two jacuzzis. Staff makes their job right. Nice lobby. Next to the train that goes to the city center, the old city.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Please understand that during the summer months many hotels are frequented by families with children. Furthermore, it is especially during the summer months as many special events are organized. This is true for most of our Jerusalem type hotels. During the rest of the year we host different... Recently we stayed for 7 nights at Jerusalem Gardens. Location is very good, quiet, 5 min. walking from a stop of the Light Rail, on walking distance from the Knesset and the Israël Museum, and 10 min. walking to the busstation. Our room was big enough and had everything we needed, as a small fridge, hairdryer, waterboiler, free tea and... More

Very comfortable hotel. Food was very nice and rooms comfortable. Close to tram stop for easy access to city centre. Bar has a happy hour 8 - 9.30 with 2 for 1 drinks. Sheets changed every day. Fridge and safe in rooms. Free chocolates on arrival was a nice touch. Only criticism was Wi-Fi - only accessible opposite reception desk... More

We loved staying at Jerusalem Gardens Hotel & Spa. Really loved the room and friendly staff! The food was delicious at every meal, and lots of it! We travelled in a group but went by bus easily to the citys sightseeings. One day we walked home from a market near by the old city and it was not far at... More

We stayed there three nights in October. The lobby is very nice, but that's about it... The room was very old-fashioned, and clearly needs repainting/refurbishing. No tolet brush for three days. You'd think the staff would have noticed, but considering that the shower towels were never replaced despite being put in the tub, I doubt the bathroom was ever cleaned... More
