A hotel offering great value for money if booked through lastminute.com or similar. The breakfast and dinner were great; the pools were lovely although the outdoor pool closes too early; good wifi; iced water in reception a nice touch; friendly staff and a great location for jumping on to the light rail into the City Centre The rooms are pretty... Stayed here with a huge group of people. The hotel is very nice and clean. I must commend the staff for being so patient with all the young, obnoxious people staying at the hotel (as there were other huge groups of people staying there as well). The outdoor and indoor pools, with additions of a sauna and jacuzzi, were very... More

Hello, The location of this hotel is in the hotel block, at the entrance to Jerusalem. It features a good swimming pool and a lovely lobby. However, the bed, although at first comfortable, turned disguising as spiders climbing upon it. The front desk sent someone up, but since I unfortunately threw out the spider, the front desk refused to change... More

In general, the hotel is not new but the swimming pools are great and there is a nice spa area (including gym and two hot tubs). The dinning room is a bit dark but you can sit outside by the pool and have your breakfast if it is not too hot. The rooms are clean and the staff cleans and... More

This is a nice and great hotel that has great amenities and beautiful rooms. However, it was very difficult for me to find water (without purchasing it) when the kitchen was closed. I also recommend the Shabbat meals that are offered to clients.

Upon our arrival there was no room in the hotel parking lot. I was dismayed to discover that the public parking (for a fee) though ample was not convenient in that you have to purchase a parking ticket from a machine that will not give you more than 3 hours parking at a time. Parking is free from 18:00 to... More

If you're a teenager in a group, this is a great place for you. If you're not, steer clear. At night the hotel was full of groups; by day, the pool area was FULL of Israeli kids summer camps. Not ideal if you want to relax. When we arrived, we were most disappointed with our room and I made notes... More

Me and my partner stayed for 4 nights whilst touring Israel and Jordan. The hotel is in a good location 5 minutes walk from the light railway. We found the staff helpfull and the facilities great. There was lots of choice for breakfast. The pool was a God send after a busy day of sightseeing!!!! We would recommend this hotel!

This hotel is very clean and central to get around Jerusalem. Its not even a 5 minute walk to the light train station and takes about 20mins to get to the old city. The breakfast has plenty of choice. This is the 2nd time at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate on returning.
