The rooms are beautiful! Just renovated! Located in center of jerusalem! The staff were so nice, every question or help they were very service attentive! Will get back there for sure! Not so expansive and very very good. Food was also great! Nothing bad to say about this place!!

10 years ago this hotel was crap, now its freshly renovated and the looks are better. The lobby is pretty much up to standards with comfortable seats and properly working wifi. The location is still great, close to the shops, the big market, the old city. All are at walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, although when checking... More

We spent 4 nights here. The location was great, 10 min walk to the Old City. Lots of good options for eating and shopping. The hotel itself was ok. The room and bathroom were small. (Think slightly bigger than a cruise ship.) It had clearly been remodeled but a lot of details were missed, like caulk around the tub, night... More

My husband and I stayed in a hotel for the New Year eve. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the room decor was beautiful and the toilet and shower were perfectly clean. We had many questions and always responded to us with a broad smile, the stuff was very nice and kind. We started the day with a great breakfast... More

The hotel is located in the very centre of Jerusalem, near Ben Yehuda and King George streets. Lots of cafes, bars and snacks around. Shopping centres as well. But the room I was staying at was very small, and I could hear everything going on on my floor and outside, in front of the hotel (!). The food (I had... More

My 14 year old son and I stayed in this hotel this past week. Because of arrangements with family and friends, we checked in on Thursday, out Friday morning, back in Sunday night, out Tuesday and back in Wednesday. This is ALOT to ask of hotel staff. They had no problem. The price was outstanding. The rooms are freshly redone.... More

Everything was nice. It wasn't a super fancy hotel and I knew that when we booked it. The front desk was friendly and we did have a problem with noise from a near by . and with in a few minutes they changed our room and there were no more problems. The hotel design is fun. The breakfast was enjoyable.... More

we stayed at the jerusalem tower last friday the room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, the staff friendly. Nice location. A fitnessroom on the roof was good and we enjoyed having the place myself. I would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers who do not seek the welfare of a large luxury hotels and the location of... More

This hotel has a perfect location for those visiting Jerusalem. Nearby there are pedestrianised streets with restaurants, cafes, shops, convenience stores and services such as banks and atms. It is only a 15 min. walk to the Old City. Our room was small, but adequately furnished and clean. Being on an upper floor we had a view across to the... More
