We spent a week at the Scottish Guest House, friendly staff, breakfast was fantastic so much choice, plenty of parking and restaurants close by. Also close to touring Jerusalem by foot we would love to return in the future.

We've spent the last weekend in the Scottish Guesthouse at Jerusalem, 3 couples and it was just great! There is a very nice landscape of the old city, yet it is quite nearby to it and to some other attractions. The staff were very friendly which makes the stay very pleasant. I strongly command this place.

This review is long overdue. We (myself and my elderly parents) stayed at this charming location for 5 days in November 2014 at the beginning of our 3 weeks stay in Israel. I can honestly say that the friendly and sincerely kind staff that this Guesthouse employees was unmatched in all the hotels that we stayed throughout our time in... More

The guest house overlooks the western part of Jerusalem's Old City Walls and is 10 minutes on foot from the Jaffa Gate. The interior is clean and simple. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast spread was excellent (make sure to ask for an omelette). Rooms are a little small but otherwise 5* all round- especially at $115 a night.

I have stayed here a few times. The location is wonderful in close proximity to the Cinema and easy walk to the old city, they have free parking (!), the views spectacular and the staff really warm and helpful. It is hard to get a room so book in advance.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and find it a very good place to reside. Close to many sites and free parking. Helpful and friendly staff. There is no elevator but I think there are some rooms on the main floor. Great breakfast.

Exceptionnal location (overlooking the Old City and Mount of Olives), beautiful site, very quiet but basic comfort (no TV but free wifi in rooms), friendly and helpful staff. Abundant and multi-choice breakfast. Nearby lovely Yemin Moshe neighborhood (cobblestones narrow streets) and easy walking distance from all Jerusalem landmarks.

I want to share the letter I wrote after event we had there for about 30 people: 17.8.14 To Lilian and all the staff in the St Andrew's Scottish Guest House!!! We would like to compliment you for the enjoyment and the pleasure we had in your place - celebrating the pre- ceremony Bar- Mitzvah to our son. We want... More

Great view of Old City of Jerusalem from patio. Friendly staff speaks Hebrew, Arabic, and English. Good breakfasts. Rooms are very nice, but if you are looking for an American-type room with a TV, forget it.
