We just left the Scottish Guest House. It is a great place to stay. Walking distance to the old city and close to cosmopolitan places and restaurants in Jerusalem. Clean with a friendly helpful staff. Thank you to all that work there you made are stay wonderful in many ways!

Wonderful old building. Staff super friendly & helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Great location to walk to old city and market. An alternative to the super big hotels. Good wifi. Ask for a room NOT exposed to the loud bar nearby. Not luxury or modern accomodations but comfortable and homey.

I spent 5 nights at the guesthouse as part of a large group. We received a warm, friendly welcome. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and spacious. The location is really central - just a few minutes' walk from the the Old City walls. It has a great open aspect with views to Mt Zion, and it's peaceful, with pretty plants... More

We had a one day stay in Jerusalem concentrating entirely on the old city. We we're recommended the Scottish Guesthouse by a friend and we're not disappointed! The reception was warm and welcoming and the place oozed old fashion charm. The rooms were simply furnished (with no TV - fantastic!) and very comfortable. The location was excellent with a short... The best feature of St. Andrew's Scottish Guesthouse is its location. One can leave the car in the lot and walk into old town Jerusalem. We walked down into the valley then climbed the walk to the Jaffa Gate, but it would be much easier to walk through the park to the western side of the city and then to... More

We stayed a week at St Andrews Scottish Guest House and were very satisfied with our accommodation. Though the room was simple and unadorned it was very comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent and the staff attentive and friendly at all times. The location is perfect with tremendous views of the Old City. The Guest House is around ten minutes walk through... More

Stayed 3 nights at the Guest House and enjoyed our stay very much. Rooms were very comfortable and ours was spacious. Breakfast was huge with many choices. This is a quiet, very relaxed place which was very welcome after long days of touring. A great place to relax and reflect on the day's activities and sites. Great location within walking... More

We had a beautiful view of the Old City. Excellent breakfast & great sitting area for visiting after breakfast or late night There were 9 in our group. We had a balcony and the window opened and we could walk out and see the City at night.

We (family of four) stayed here for several days - first in a two room suite and then, a second time (after a visit to Petra!) in two separate rooms. All three rooms were clean and well serviced - plenty of towels, tea/coffee in-room, though I wish they would dispense with those sachets of shampoo and use small bottles instead,... More

I stayed 2 nights here and it was the best 2 nights if my week long stay in Israel. The views are breathtaking, the atmosphere is so peaceful, Jacob, Ala, Ibriham and Peter the reception staff and Wadi the chef couldn't be more friendly and helpful, the rooms are basic but modern, clean and comfortable, any meals were lovely, the...
