Great location, older hotel but comfortable, and convenient with awesome breakfast and dinner buffets. Good shops within the hotel with friendly and helpful staff. If returning to Jerusalem would repeat my stay.

Didn't have too much trouble with the internet in the lobby; then again, we usually used it while waiting for breakfast to open at 6 a.m. so we didn't have much competition for bandwidth. The wifi coverage didn't even extend into the dining room, though. Food was great; lots of choices. Coffee was rather weak, but for the most part,... More

We stayed five nights at the Olive Tree Hotel in Jerusalem and it was a very pleasant property. The rooms were good, large enough for a desk and surely adequate. We heard very little outside noise and none from the other residents in the hallway. We were close to the elevator which I usually don't like, but this room had... More

This is the third time that I have used the Olive Tree as a leader of groups to Israel. I have never regretted it. They did an incredible job of navigating some difficult situations with our group, making everyone happy. The food is great, atmosphere incredible, and the location is perfect.

I am pastor of an Evangelical Christian Church from Queens NY, and for the last 10 years we are visiting Holy Land and biblical sites around the world in pilgrimage. We choose again for this year the Olive Tree in Jerusalem because is a wonderful place to rest, eat and to receive a outstanding good service.

On arrival we were greeted by the most delicious bread olive oil and spice (wish I knew what it was). Hotel was clean airy and well maintained. The room was elegant and comfortable, unfortunately we overlooked a wall from the adjacent hotel, but not a problem. Wifi free in lobby and bar. The restaurant served a plentiful buffet with good... I haven't been for quite a while in Jerusalem, my wife made the reservation. IT is walking distance 5 to 10 minutes to Damaskus gate, depending how fast you walk. The hotel has a stylish architecture, the stuff is friendly. Some waiters in the breakfast room have potential to explore, I would better like an automatic coffee machine than asking... More

Several buses on tour stopped here for lunch. Lovely atrium room was used for buffet of great salads, chicken, beef, pasta and fish. Waiters efficiently filled wine glasses and removed plates when done. Tasted very good and was even kosher!
