We stayed here with a tour group and we are all pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was! Beautiful inside and the staff were very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Since we were on a tour, we had buffet breakfast & dinner each day and they were good, but a little lacking in variation! The location is... More

We stayed six nights at the Olive Tree Hotel in Jerusalem in June 2015. It became our base camp. Wow, what a base camp. It was a lovely setting with quiet ambiance and lovely buffet, morning and night. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were nice, but, you need to bring an extension cord to have "Multiple" outlets. That... More

Hotel accommodations and meals were very nice, and the staff was very friendly. It was a short walk to the tram and then 3 stops to the Old City, or very walkable (10min) to Old City as well. Would have been nice to have Wi-Fi in the rooms, but then again it kept me from doing work while on vacation,... More

What I liked the hotel: very convenient, It is only 10 to15 minutes from the old city and 20 from the center and shopping mall by foot. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a variety. Cons: They did not have free internet, only in the lobby, the suite was small, and has no iron in the room, but only one... More

I found this a nice hotel with a decent buffet and only 15-20 min walk from old Jerusalem. Some of the rooms have a nice balcony overlooking the city. It seems the hotel was one of the best hotel in the city sometime ago, but it is still well maintained. The staff was nice as well. I recommend it.

This hotel has a constant stream of tour groups. The rooms badly need updating and one in our group could not get the air conditioning to work. There are no rooms with queen size beds, just twin beds pushed together. The food was all buffet style, the entrees were bland although I liked the fresh fruit and vegetables as well... More

We spent several days here as our group toured the region. It was clean, decorated nicely, and in a very central location. The staff was nice and the food was "pretty good." The hotel has a pretty nice dining / meeting area for large groups. All in all, I'd happily stay there again.

We spent a long, summer shabbat (sabbath) in the neighbourhood, and needed somewhere to stay. The lobby is spacious and pleasant, breakfast was inviting and plentiful. We had a standard (superior) room. The room was a bit tired, but clean and comfortable (except for the foam pillow). The bathroom is no longer in the flush of youth, and very cramped.... More

Room was a little small but was adequate. It was clean. Good customer service from the Front Desk and Maintenance. Near the Old City. Good dinner and breakfast buffets. Free WiFi in the Lobby. Good Security.
