Excellent view, the best of the entire city. old furniture, '80s, but large rooms and fast wifi in common areas. Excellent breakfast, almost unforgettable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel very quiet, close to Gethsemane, with big parking.

We had no air conditioning. Trying to sleep in room a 85 degrees was not possible. The buffet for breakfast and dinner were wonderful. Too bad the dining room was even warmer than the guest rooms. The hotel needs lots of work. We had a lampshade with the trim falling off. Just one of the many signs of NO maintenance.

Superb location on the top of mount of olive. Great view of the old city. We had a camel just outside our room window. Named him Archie. Very nice full breakfast included. This hotel was THE hotel back in the 50s and 60s. It has fallen into a state of disrepair unfortunately. Dont think it has ever been updated since... More

We stayed there 3 weeks in October and had a great vacation. Free breakfast buffet and very inexpensive dinner buffet nightly. Food was excellent in quality, quantity and variety every day. And service by and dinning room staff very good The cleaning staff were quiet, reliable and always helpful. We got advice and help from staff at reception on tours,... More

First of all, while it is true this hotel's "glory days" are in the past, 7 Arches remains a great place to stay while in Jerusalem. The view of the Old City is incredible, probably the most famous in the world. I encountered nothing but clean rooms and the daily upkeep was excellent. Maybe the hotel could do something to... More

This hotel is in a great location but the rooms are very run down. You need to walk up a flight of stairs to check in which is a problem with people who have disabilities since there is no elevator. The first room we were sent to had no TV, then we were moved to a higher floor with a... More

The good location, availability of parking and comfortable clean beds are the positive side of the hotel. It how-ever needs a serious make-over. Buckets standing in the passages to catch dripping water from leaking pipes from the roof, to false fire alarm and nobody seems to know were to switch IT off at 2 in the morning. Hotel definitely not... More

I travel alot and this was the most terrible hotel that I ve stayed in in my entire life. This hotel was built more than 30 years ago and I am sure it remained as it is. I am not sure if it got cleaned during all this time. This hotel is expensive, dirty and broken. Bathrooms are in a... More

This is bang opposite the old city of Jerusalem. No other hotel beats the view. The hotel as such has become old and used. There are no lifts, but there's just ground and 1st floor. So, those with heavy bags please ask for the ground floor. For a day in Jerusalem, this is well and good. The Buffet is okay, nothing... More
