We booked the Inbal as a special treat to start our long awaited trip to Israel and it certainly didn't disappoint. On arrival at the Inbal we were upgraded to an executive suite which gave us free access to the executive lounge, free food & drink, internet etc which was a really lovely & unexpected Bonues. The staff were amazing... more

Our room faced the courtyard and was sunny and very comfortable. The food was amazing but too much of everything - no Weight Watchers here! The staff was uniformly friendly, helpful, even setting up a cot in our room - no charge - so my grown son could stay over one night. The lobby, the shops, the sitting areas, the... more

In a nutshell, the Inbal Jerusalem is a nice hotel, nice size rooms (stayed in a suite), location is great. Service was great, food was wonderful despite falling on passover/pesah. Due to the season demand we had to move to the David Citadel for one more week before our departure. In comparison i found the inbal to be a much... more

My partner and I experienced the kindness and efficiency of a great staff at the Inbal Hotel. Everyone, from the desk staff who welcomed us, to the room service people who immediately came to our assistance (for instance bringing an electric kettle to our room about 5 minutes after phoning them. Again the same kind of response with a hot... more

Just returned from a week in Jerusalem and the Inbal Hotel. Can not say enough nice things about the Inbal. The rooms were clean, well furnished and had down comfortors on each bed, Ahava products in the marble bathrooms, plenty of towels and even a fruit platter upon arrival. The daily breakfast buffet was well prepared, HUGE, and the staff... more

The Inbal is our favorite Hotel. It is classy, clean, good food and everyone on the staff is very accommodating. It has a nice indoor (and outdoor in summer) pool and exercise room which is great when travelling with teens. It is within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants, Ben Yehuda street, Emek Rafiam, many synagogues and other hotels. more

The Inbal has a fantastic location. The rooms are updated and very nice. The quality of the hotel food is very good. Special rates were excellent. Stayed in an executive level room. Definitely need training in guest treatment at this level as well as the food offered. Have stayed at many hotels all over the world at this type of... more

Well located, good service, updated rooms. Somewhat generic overall design, pool area tends to be crowded in the summer months and is not as nice as the pool at the David Citadel or King David. more

My husband and I stayed at Inbal for our wedding anniversary. We spent the extra money for an Executive Room, which was well worth it! The room was huge with 2 bathrooms and the bedroom separate from the living room. With the Executive Room comes free use of the Executive Lounge, which offers complimentary food and drink and internet hroughout... more
