This is a great and beautiful place that is located close to all the historical sites you will want to see in this city. Only Yad Vashem or Bethlehem or Ramallah would need a taxi or bus. There's a pool too! There's gas station across the street to fill your fridge with water, beer or snacks.

We booked the hotel because of its location which is fabulous as is the building. Impressive architecture on the outside and the reception area is beautiful. Check out the ceiling. There it all end. We had problems checking in as they insisted that we had cancelled even though we could show them our print out which they disputed. They took... More

Heard that the burger was great here. You can even get cheese. I'm not sure how to communicate a well cooked burger. It came to the table bloody. Try the pasta with mushroom sauce instead. Stay away from the burger.

I thought this was a great hotel, but it depends on your priorities. This hotel is not for travelers that are seeking luxury. This hotel is definitely for you if your priorities are location, cleanliness and economy. Staying at this hotel is a little bit like going back in time, which I think gives it character and makes it a... More

This magnificent building looks ancient but was only completed in 1933. You can't miss it because of its huge tower and it is in the centre of West Jerusalem, opposite the King David Hotel. The manager is always a Christian, and there are two deputy managers, one Muslim and one Jewish. Everyone gets on famously, everyone who stays there loves... More

A strange experience at this hotel. A wonderful building, from around 1930, a painted hall, a great tower with a wonderful wiew around Jerusalem... Just ask for the elevator key and go up to 6th floor (with a camera!) But old furniture, some problems with the electronic keys and air conditioning. The breakfast was ok. The Conference hall also ok,... More

ocation is perfect, its a beautiful hotel but the rooms are sooo old and not stylish. Coming to a Boutique hotel you would expect a better looking room. breakfast was average, below our expectations. service was ok, we were promised a late check in and were turned down on the next day - needs improvement.

The Three Arches hotel is located in the beautiful Jerusalem YMCA building. The building itself is amazing and beautiful. The front desk was warm and welcoming and staff was always friendly. The room was clean but really worn. The carpet was old and stained, the bathroom fixtures were in need of replacement, and the bathroom amenities minimal. The bed was... More

This historic YMCA is well located near the Old City, and restaurants. Beautiful old building. Very helpful service and staff, brought us an electric kettle and extra pillows. Beds comfortable. Very clean and comfortable for an older building. Rooms pleasant. Good breakfast. Wifi a bit weak at times
