This hotel is very nicely located close to old town, shopping district and nightclubs. It's obvious it's quite old and that it was once very posh. Now its a bit rugged edge, but still living on the high standard of old. In fact I didn't miss anything or had any complaints. The WiFi was good downstairs but above OK in... More

While the rooms are dated and could use some TLC, the location and staff far make up for that! I did not visit Jerusalem for the rooms! When I arrived, they told me the wi-fi was having trouble and may not be strong in the rooms, but I was there for 6 nights and had perfect wi-fi at all times.... More

The 3 Arches YMCA Hotel in Jerusalem has for years hoped that the wonderful location, building & grounds - including a splendid raised outside restaurant terrace (good food!) in which to sit, & watch the comings/goings at the famous King David Hotel opposite - would compensate for the horrible crumbling ugly brown & beige bedrooms with stained old carpets & curtains... This hotel was recommended years ago. It is in an excellent location near the Old City which is a plus. It is not a big high rise tour group hotel, another plus. However, it is showing its age and lack of care. The wi-fi that is "all over the hotel" is weak.

This hotel is situated in a wonderful building, full of symbolism. The decoration of the lobby is really impressive. All the receptionists we spoke were very friendly and helpful. The contrast with the rooms is quite a contrast with the exterior: sober and a little outdated. But also clean and comfortable, and that's what counts in the end. Breakfast is... More

Overall we had an ok time in this hotel, we stayed there for the jerusalem marathon and to explore the city afterwards. The rooms are bit small but very clean. Good location near mamilla mall and the old town. Breakfast was good. Gym is very small and lackluster. One thing that really bothered me was the noise emitted by a... More

This hotel has a very good location, close to Mamilla Moll and the old town of Jerusalem (walking distance). The building itself is very interesting, made in stone, with beautiful tower and gardens. Also , there is a concert hall in the gardens, with a lot of positive crowd and distinguished guests. The restaurant is, according to our experience very... More

In the heart of Jerusalem, amazing atmosphere in a unique building. The rooms are a bit small but very clean. The stuff is very welcoming, but remember, this is the orient, and things takes their own time. Don't miss the view from the bell tower. Prices are very fair

We loved our stay here in May. Ok, our room was a little "tired", but they were giving some rooms a facelift and the communal areas were lovely. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. We were only a ten minute walk from the Old City. It was our first trip to Israel and we adored the country. Jerusalem is... More
