This is a kibbutz hotel in Israel. It's indeed a home away from home. I was stuck in the hotel for four days because of heavy snow n roads blocked to the airport however the staff were exceptionally good and made me feel at home. The chef in the hotel was also very good. Memorable stay it was!

Half way between the old city of Jerusalem and Bethlehem many of the rooms look south to Bethlehem and Herodium. The food is amazing with the desserts being the best. The hotel sits on the end of the #7 bus line so makes for convient access to Jerusalem (within 10 minutes walk of the old city when getting off in... More

Spacious, country feeling on the outskirts of the city, no need to use your car - there is easy access to all the main attractions by municipal bus, great Israeli breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

A group of us stayed here from May 19 to 26, 2015 and we had a wonderful time. We got the newly remodeled wing, and we were so amazed at: * The set up of the room: genius! From the shelves in the bathroom to all of the draws in the room, the cushioned bench next to the window, everything... More

What beautiful and friendly staff! As beautiful as the surrounding and archeological that encompass this hotel. Views of Jerusalem and Bethlehem! Was sad leaving. Food was excellent. Would stay again. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for one night whilst on a two day tour of Jerusalem. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very large however they are not warm (and I very rarely say that!). The food was fine with plenty of choice and the location excellent.

Beautiful place to be. No negative remarks except for not so friendly staff. Good but not warm enough for an outsider to feel at home. Room and food- unmatched excellence. I will visit this place again. It has captivated my heart. history of ramat Rachel is quite endearing.

A good bossiness hotel. The stuff is so nice and English is no problem in the lobby. The only thing is no wifi at the room only free wifi in lobby. If you want internet you have to pay extra end only cable. The breakfast is good and nice.

Stayed here for 3 nights with a group on a tour. Food very good (4 course buffet with lots of choice). Service good. Upgraded to a nice large room with view towards Bethlehem. Room had bath/shower, kettle, hairdryer, safe, basic toiletries. Free wifi in reception/lounge area. There was a swimming pool, sauna & jacuzzi a short walk round the corner... More
