I was expecting a much nicer hotel but I had just stayed in a 5* the night before. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was okay, but from the website I was excepting something a little nicer. The gentleman doing breakfast was sweet and quite helpful.

The location was great but the staff was very unfriendly, starting from:"we dont know where you could park, we are having a wedding and the parking lot is full" so I missed my paid show that was starting in the old city. Had to fight for first floor rooms after I called a month earlier and especially requested them, but... More

Beautiful mediterranean design. The hotel wasn't crowded, so we had a very quiet stay. The breakfast is great. There is a nice enclosed patio out front and a convenience store just around the corner. It is a short walk to Ben Yehudah street. The mikvah in the hotel was a huge convenience for my husband. The rooms were very clean... More

We stayed here over Christmas last year and while the entrance and lobby are recently refurbished in a contemporary style, the rest of the hotel is a bit of a time warp. I would guess it must be 30 to 40 years old, feels a little 70s. The rooms are small, clean, though clearly in need of updating. The same... More

Right from the arrival I felt like returning home, because the workers, the lobby and the front desk were very welcoming. The room was very clean with nice furniture and sweet design. The meals were delicious and with wide selection of food. The lobby bar has great wines and other drinks, and the waiters treated me like a president of... More

In a word, this place is dignified but it is also friendly and comfortable. Beginning with its unusual entry, a large gated and landscaped courtyard, the Prima Palace continues to impress with its comfortable rooms -- the baths, though not large, are luxurious -- and superb buffet breakfast. Walk to Old Jerusalem or to its modern center with traditional and... More

We recently stayed at the Prima Palace and would recommend it to any of our friends. It's in a great location, easy walking distance from many of Jerusalem's attractions. The Hotel was very clean and well appointed, the staff were friendly and very accomodating, and the breakfasts were great!!!
